Let me preface my review by saying they had very recently opened. Their tacos being cooked to order is great. I had a rather food veggie quesadilla. I must say that the southwest corn was a bit tired. It had on the steam table far too long. The chili con queso was quite forgettable. I hate to additionally say that the service was pretty much average fast food quality. I'll try them again a few weeks and hopefully the kinks will be gone.

The first Golden Chick I've been to with lousy service. I don't recall seeing one good, friendly server at the drive-thru. It's a bit pricey also. Food tastes fine, but I think I have visited this one for the last time.

We stopped for a late lunch and were pleasantly surprised by the qualify of the food. Spouse's hamburger was huge and delicious. My grilled ham and cheese had an actual piece of ham in it instead of sliced luncheon meat. The fries were tasty and my milk shake was the right consistency to drink through a straw without being soup. We look forward to bringing the grandchildren.

On an unusually hot day in February, we decided to hit Sonic and get something to perk us up, while we were heading south for errands. The perfect thing? Mocha Java Chillers... YUM!We sometimes get a burger here, but more often it is the Unsweetened peach tea or Ocean Water. But, if we really want a special treat, the Chiller fills the bill! You really need to try it!
