This small (but ample seating and free pool) family-owned restaurant is always A+. We enjoy a meal of giant burgers, home-cut fries, and a side of beef tacos. I get the Texas Burger (giant hand pressed beef patty) on golden grilled Texas toast, crowned with crispy, deep-fried onions, cheese, and drowning in BBQ sauce. It's a sloppy, get-it-on-ya, wear some home with pride kind of burger. The service is fast and friendly. The prices low and fulfillment high. Drop by and enjoy some good people and good food.

We usually stop off here prior to the start of our overpriced day of shopping. Target usually has the highest prices compared to other similar stores. However, their food court does have good "value deals" to make your shopping a little less painful. They offer fresh popcorn, soft pretzels, softdrinks, hotdogs and quite a bit more. The prices are good and the food is usually decent, for it being a snack bar. As long as you get there at the right time you should be in and out inand minutes. Otherwise you will have a bit of a wait. Most the employees head there for lunch. It makes for a more enjoyable time shopping. Give it a try.

I've never been to a Charley's before, so it's hard to know if this was their normal or not. There seemed to be three employees working (one of whom seemed to be in training) so service was slow and my initial order (a small Philly with no peppers not onions and small fries) came with (wait for it) peppers and onions and no fries... And my iced tea came without ice. The counter help was nice about fixing the problems, but most of the tables were not wiped clean, and the one I found that was happened to be swarming with gnats, which didn't make for a great dining experience. The meat on my sandwich was sparse, but the bread was good. All in all, a less than impressive introduction to Charley's, for the money.

Went here after my horrible experience at another ice cream place here in the city. Has a reputation to live up to, BR, and it did. Got what I wanted in a reasonable time, it was a bit busy. Staff was very nice and the service was great!

Tried Firehouse Subs for the first time today - it was soooo good! We both had the Italian and I can't wait to come back and try other options. The staff was friendly and very expedient! Going to have to share this experience with all my friends!

We've been to Chic FilA's across the country. Love 'em. Two things were atypical at this location. First, the booth I chose had a used napkin lying on the floor under it. This chain is usually spotless. Second, at least in our heathen home state, California, Christian Rock instrumentals are played for background music. Here it was classical. Two things were redeeming. First, a very nice young lady, just coming off her break, offered to refill my sweet tea. She was very, very apologetic that she needed to wash her hands first. If she only knew my professional background! She is to be most commended. Secondly, as we left, my wife mentioned someone had apparently spilt something under our table & tried to wipe it up (hence the aforementioned napkin). The look of horror on this second young lady's face reassured us that this location continues to affirm our delight with this chain.
