We were getting gas at Circle K and noticed Firehouse Subs so the family walked over to get food to go, then I went to pick them up. The wait time wasn't too bad. Our only complaint was they forgot to give my son a Rice Krispies Treat with his kids meal. We were late with traffic heading toward Richmond and did not go back in to complain. The rest of the food was delicious and perfectly made.Thank you for visiting, Jeremy. We're sorry to hear the rice krispy treat was missing. We'll be sure to share your concerns with the management team to review. You're feedback us is greatly appreciated and hope to see you again sometime soon! Kayleigh/Guest Services

This place is nothing special. Bland Mexican style food. There are many other Southwestern restaurants in the same shopping center that will get my business instead.
I've never been here when they weren't out of some menu item. Sometimes it's a 5 minute wait, sometimes much longer. Normal prices, normal product. I do like the spicy chicken.
