Located in Terminal 1 on Concourse B in Chicago International Airport.
I liked the Tortilla Soup, which tasted quite different from the hundreds of examples I have had in Mexico, but was very good. The calabacita chilaquiles were just OK. The green sauce was a bit overpowering and the totopos were soggy.

Since we had tried Frannies the night before while staying at one of the nearby airport hotels, we decided to go to Jay's for lunch. It provided a shaded table to eat outside which was good for us since our dog was along. Inside seating is also available. We ordered a cheeseburger, Chicago style hot dog, fries and a vanilla shake. Served fast. All got good reviews even from the dog who enjoyed some samples. It was a $13.50. It doesn't have an easily accessible bathroom.

I've tried the Italian subs at all the local sub places and there is quite a few, but none tops Al & Joe's. It's the perfect preportions meat, cheese and oil & vinegar. The staff are super friendly. They do lots of other things and all that I've tried have been really good. It's a little hard to get to sometimes, but worth the effort.

Was at O'Hare waiting for my flight to Sacramento. Stopped at Burrito Beach and had a breakfast burrito and a soda. I like to get the burritos this way since you decide exactly what you want on it and how much. Served hot and quickly and I was on my way. Very good sandwich and it is always good to get them this way so it is something different. Certainly was a very good stop!
