El lugar es muy bueno, con autoservicio para las mesas de afuera y con mozos adentro.El ambiente esta muy bueno, buena ambientación, música y limpieza.Las hamburguesas (porque a eso fuimos no?) son muy ricas, muy variadas y con precios acordes al lugar que se está y la calidad de las mismas.Probé dos de ellas: Toto (que si bien en la web parece mucho mas grande, con una de esas uno que come bastante le va bien, muy buen sabor y la care bien cocida) y la Tobys, tambien con un sabor espectacular.Además las papas fritas con que se acompañan son recién hechas.Antes de todo esto pedimos unas papas Chedar y FRY GOUDAS (simil bastoncitos de Muzarella).En cuanto a la bebida, tienen variedad (12 de las cuales habñia 10 disponibles) de cerveza artesanal.Desde la apertura a las 21 y desde las 0 al cierre (que es a la 1), hay dos por uno en las mismas.Lo negativ fue el cierre temprano de la barra, desde la 1 no se puede pedir mas bebida, y si bien no te piden que te vayas, al terminarse lo que uno puede tomar, debe buscar otro rumbo dentro de la zona.

El ambiente es muy lindo y yendo temprano es tranqui. Posee un amplio local de dos niveles y mesas compartidas en la vereda. En el interior la música es un tanto fuerte según la mesa que se elija. Probamos varias cervezas muy buenas y está bueno que el Happy Hour no es ni 2x1 ni el 80% sino que cuestan todas la mitad. Eso es positivo porque si querés tomar 2 o 3 no estás condicionado a la promo.Para mi el punto flaco está en la comida. Pedimos papas Manush y la porción grande era muy chica -no quiero pensar lo que es la media porción- Tampoco ofrecen manÃes o pochoclo porque eso hace que uno pueda amenizar la bebida. El servicio de mesa fue normal, el mozo nos sacaba las cosas al instante en que se terminaban, prácticamente que nos sacó el vaso de las manos...A la hora de pagar a "lo rosarino" Ticket no Fiscal. Aunque aboné con tarjeta de débito no me dieron el comprobante.VolverÃa por las cervezas

The place is noisy, too cramped inside but with tables outside for summer time, though in a most busy downtown avenue.Yet, if you want to try the best club sandwiches, or else the typical "carlito" --a hot club sandwich with 3-4 layers of ham, cheese, egg, olives, pepper and ketchup-- this is the place.You can also choose from a good variety of dishes, the service is good, and not expensive at all.

After travelling through Peru and Bolivia where variety in beer is almost non-existent, it has been great to expand the palate again in Argentina. The Fenicia brewhouse is a slick establishment with a convivial atmosphere and, thankfully, a wide array of brews to choose from. Their American pale ale is pretty good and the amber ale even better, while we quite enjoyed the lomo quesadillas and a filling California chicken sandwich (both reasonably priced at around 70 pesos). There was a bit of space for the few hours after opening on this particular Saturday night, so bring a group of friends and settle in for a quality session.

Typical atmosphere and clientele of a Hardrock style restaurant, with very good food, drinks and beers. Noisy indeed, but can be fun.
