Liked the staff and cleanliness of this place. It is located across the freeway from the Comfort Inn & Suites. We always chose a $1 value cheeseburger and the chicken salad, which you can't beat. Good value for a retired couple.

I ordered a Italian Steak Sandwich and the bread was soggy, the peppers were not cooked and there was hardly any sauce. I noticed that they placed the Sub in the Microwave. I've never seen a cousins do this before. If you ever go stay away from the hot subs.We're very sorry to hear about your experience and value your feedback. Stayed recently in Menomonee Falls and this was one of the few places close to hotel to eat. I love subs, so decided to give it a try. The place was pretty packed. I was waited on right away though. Took my sandwich back to the hotel and felt like I needed to go back out and get a real sandwich. Just left me a little deflated. There is nothing unique about the sandwich and I was still hungry after I ate it. (I did get the small though.) I just don't see what the fuss is about and wonder why I see these places all over the place. I won't go back.
