I don't like the places made especially for tourists. Carioca does not have the claim to offer excellent interior or service. On first sign it is nothing special as most of the restaurants in Punta Arenas. So it offers excellent steak, perfect pisco and variety of local beer.Don Esteban, 73-old years owner, will assist you so everything to be ok for you.And for me that was the best steak in Chile.

The place offers nice selection of maki sushi which is done a bit different than usually. The portions are big and the price is fair. They do put a bit too much philadelphia soft cheese in the sushi.
Auténticos sándwiches, hamburguesas, todo con carne de novillos criados de forma extensiva en pastos totalmente naturales de la región, ademas de una amplia variedad de cervezas regionales. Take Away o retiros en local.
Exquisitas hamburguesas caseras !!!! Puedes pedirlas al plato ... y se convierten en comida cetogenica ... con tocino huevo y palta Linda decoración , buena música , Buenos te , twining, stevia , lindos mug...... que más se pude pedir !Ah ! Y no quedas pasado a comida âºï¸

We heard about this place from people on our Antarctica tour and we are really glad they told us about it.The cafe is small and quirky, a feast for the eyes! The more you look, the more you see. The menu is very simple, a small selection of sandwiches and drinks but they are great sandwiches! They are also huge, I only just about finished mine. They come on slightly toasted baguettes and are generously filled. Joined to the cafe is a little shop that sells all kinds of bits and pieces that would make good gifts. The staff were friendly and it was lovely and warm on a cold, windy day.

Itâs a tiny menu with a few dishes but they do them really well ! Iâve been travelling across South America and had some amazing ceviche and this one was as good if not better than most !!We also had the shellfish soup (the only soup they have on the menu) which was great as well.Paid 10000 pesos for the meal, would definitely go again!

I ate at Dino's Pizza while recently in Punta arenas with my partner. Apparently the locals rave about this place. I visited it with my Western palate and was less than impressed. The place serves pizza, sandwiches and burgers in a very basic atmosphere with slow but friendly service. The pizza costs 5000 regular or 10000 peso for grande (which can easily feed 2). Unfortunately the Hawaian Pizza we ordered was more cheese than dough, with sprinkles of ham and pineapple. It wasn't the tastiest and left both myself and my partner with a bloated, gaseous feeling. The cost was 14100 (grande pizza + 2 drinks), as they add a 10% tip on the bill. Definitely not good value given the poor quality of the meal. Not recommended.

After taking the free walking tour, it ended exactly here at kiosco roca. There were so many people you couldnt even go in. Service was quick, but you have to push your way to the front to get help. Their classic is the chorizo and cheese sandwich. we had some of those and some with only cheese. Fresh, warm, good snack for after the tour!
