A restaurant reputation is made not only by the food it serves but also by the overall experience it offers its patrons. I had a good experience. The Chefs serves honest burgers guaranteed not disappoint the pickiest burger lover. The restaurant internal space is quite small and they also offer sitting outside. Service was good and fast. They have a good wine selection, home made ice cream , a good milkshake and they offer gluten free bread for an additional cost. Good place to take family, friends or a date.

I have been to this place a few time in 2014-15. I ate a burger there recently in September'17.I have the folowing negative feedback about them.1. The burger was stale and did not look fresh. In fact, they gave it to me within 1-2 minutes of my order.2. I had requested the meat to be well done..but the meat was half cooked only.3. They have no English menu.4. No one speaks English or Spanish there. Its not foreigner friendly.5. When you sit inside, your whole table shakes when someone walks on the wooden platform. Its very irritating.6. The waiters watch you eat non-stop and do not take their eyes away from your face making you extremely uncomfortable.7. Though they have the audacity to charge 10 % service fees, yet..they make you walk around to the main desk to make the payment.8. They refuse to take payment with cerdit card, though brasil has 100% credit/debit card culture. When you really insist, they relent.. / they want cash to avoid paying taxes to their govt!9. They refuse to give a receipt on payment. One has to fight a lot to get a receipt from them.10. Two of the waiters stand on the main entrance guarding the place..it seems they are scared people will leave without paying them.11. No one smiles or looks happy there.12. The price is almost 20 usd for 1 person..burger, cola and chips.13. No spicy burger in the menu.14. No smoothies or drinks made by staff available.Positives. 1. Chips are good.I will not be returning. I recommend not to go here.Hi, Sally! We'd like to thank you for your review, specially for the criticism, as it helps us try to improve the points that you mentioned and also understand what we might be doing wrong. If it's possible we'd like to know at what shift (day or night) you visited us. There's some things we thought it would be helpful to point out: we always work with fresh and selected supplies and they are prepared by our team. One of the main elements in our burgers is the meat, we use meat from british breeds, as they have higher quality than what is usually used in burgers. Maybe what has bothered you was the grinding of the meat, which really is different from the way that is traditionally done. We're very sorry that our menu translated in english wasn't handed to you. Regarding the waiters, we recognize the mistake and we apologize. About the credit cards, we're beyond surprised to read that, as in both our restaurants our clients are free to choose whatever form of payment they want, and also credit cards have been the main form of payment in our restaurants for a long time now. We're confused about what might have happened and we're sorry that you had a problem with the payment, but we must say it's a very unnusual thing to happen at Le Grand Burger. There's some points that are matter of personal taste but they'll help us think about our standards.Thank you again and we hope we can have you visit us one more time if you have the opportunity, as we are working on some news that you might approve of.

Good ambiance, clean decoration and large spaces. I've asked the special sandwich of the day, which was a ribs with white cheese on the ciabatta (the bread was really fresh). I really enjoyed it, but I've saw the burgers and they seem really tasty too!! I will certainly ask a burger the next time I go there.
