We were happy to see the restaurant is located landside in the Check In lobby as we arrived to the airport before check in was available. I recommend the tonkotsu ramen amd gyoza! (Beer is on the pricy side at 600 yen for a small beer). It's weird to think that neither this restaurant nor the food it serves would exist without WWII. Charlie's serves both tacos and taco rice, a specialty of Okinawa. The food here is absolutely delicious, and you can order some pretty cheap and convenient combo plates if you want to try anything. I particularly loved the sauce for the taco rice which tasted like a weird combo of spicy salsa and italian dressing. A great place to hang out and grab lunch

This was quite an odd but interesting experience as someone who is neither an American nor Japanese; the food was clearly an American styled fast food with burgers, chips, and soft drinks or "sodas" being the menu staples. However, the taste of the food was very sweet for me and I didn't particularly like it. However, they have their own air conditioning service which is separate from the airport, and for this reason it was much milder and pleasant to sit in. Average menu price was ~15 USD.
