We were at the mall and decided to eat at Fuddruckers. The order was taken by the person I think was the manager, and she was very rushed and did not listen well. The food came out, and the order was incorrect, but was fixed quickly. The burgers tasted good, but my wife had Unsweetened Tea, which had apparently gone bad at some point over the previous week. It smelled like rotten eggs and she choose not to drink it. After she spoke with the staff about the tea, they didn't seemed overly concerned, but emptied out the container and brewed fresh tea right away.The worst part about our experience were the bathrooms. They were deplorable. The men's room had urine on the floor and graffiti all over the door and mirror. The floor was dirty and the toilet looked like it belonged in a frat house.My wife explained that the women's bathroom was pretty bad as well.We enjoy Fuddruckers and we used to frequent the one here in Milwaukee, until it closed, so needless to say we were disappointed with this experience.

It's just another fast food restaurant, so there's not much to say in regards to food. service is good. quality is good. the restaurant's clean. if you're in the need for lunch, why not try out BK?

Itâs Chipotle. This is one of those standards that offers a pretty decent alternative to the burger standards. Itâs always fresh-tasting and is generally a pretty good value. If I had one complaint, it would be the amount of rice jammed into these burritos. Itâs so obviously a filler but what can you do. This location was pretty clean and well-staffed. Chipotle isnât my first choice but itâs always a decent stand-by when Iâm hungry for something and donât have a lot of time.

You are better off going to Publix Market and getting a sub at Publix, better quality and more ingredients. One positive point for Firehouse is they are better than Subway, but again that is not much.

Please do not waste your time and/or money. The food is fast food terrrible. The staff is very young and immature. The leadership does not care about the food or tthe customer. He ignores complaints or any feedback. The manager stated that they are owned by Pizza Hut so he does not care. I called Pizza Hut and they never heard of them.

I ordered the caramel tofu with brown rice and it was very delicious. The good was piping hot and delicious. Service was fast and friendly. Highly recommended!
