Our story began in 1972 when two Cousins, Bill Specht and Jim Sheppard, set out to bring their favorite style of sub sandwich from the East Coast to their new hometown of Milwaukee, Wis. Staying true to our foundersâ legacy of Better Bread. Better Subs.,
Stopped in for lunch and had the Philly Sub. It was good but I expected more ingredients verses bread. The bread was fresh and the place was clean. The price was a little higher than the other chain and the fact that you can add as many toppings as you want at the other place. I would have to choose the other chain over this one.
