Stopped in for take out. Pulled pork sandwich was just average as was the potato salad. Very average BBQ.

Come here about once every 4-6 weeks. Always great burgers and fries. New build your own option is nice. Fries enough to share with 2 people. They changed the drinks to a regular fountain dispenser likely because they had so much trouble with the Coke machine with all the flavor choices, but we miss it. Would be nice to have some better sweetener options that just sweet-n-low (yuck) as I like iced tea but prefer Splenda.

Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is one of a chain of Mexican-inspired fast food which is expanding successfully (and I think deservedly). They are rated #1 in their category by Consumer Reports, and I could see why, because: - The food is clean, healthy, reasonably-priced, and tasty (kudos for the nice spicy salad dressing)- They seem to pay attention to their suppliers (organic ingredients such as pork, beef, free range chicken, full nutritional info on the menus, etc)- They serve fast but real food. The sides are quite nice (lime rice with cilantro, 2 choices of beans, green peppers with onions, corn, avocado, various salsas and chips)- They do serve booze (beers and margaritas). Actually, the strength of their margarita knocked me off my socks. Try not to drive right after you have one...This particular location is convenient, but the parking can get crowded because it is shared with an In-N-Out, a Yogurtland (good for dessert!), and a bunch of other small restaurants of all kinds. There are also another couple of new locations nearby on Hawthorne Blvd in Torrance.
