Went through the drive thru midday midweek here. The young gentleman working the drive thru was extremely attentive and extremely helpful. This man certainly took pride in his job and is a top notch employee. Order was spot on and freshly made. I was extremely pleased with my experience.

So...I recently visited a local 'Steak n' Shake at the SouthPoint Casino...and...yea...not very impressed tbh. Their burgers are ONLY served well done, unfortunately. And no other way...PERIOD. I tried to order my truffle burger, medium rare, but was only able to get the burger well done. NO EXECTPIONS. So, as a self-proclaimed 'burger aficionado' I was NOT impressed. I'm using captions and caps, to emphasise my dismay. Being honest the value just wasn't there. My money would've better spent on 5 guys. Their berry berry shake was good, but that was about all. The fries..we're a slight maybe. Overall I was impressed by the 'Steak n' Shake'hype. In my honest option your money would be better spent elsewhere. Unless you want a Johnny Rockets type of 50's diner atmosphere. Sadly nothing more to say.
Roberto's seems to have a good amount of business since there are always two or three customers there ahead of us when we eat there. Very common to see law enforcement and firefighters there, so the place seems to have a good amount of repeat business.
