Have passed this place many times and they were not open so made it a point to get there during business hours....RIGHT MOVE. There is not much to say but other than a hot dog place in Gatlinburg these were simply best. This is a small place that will get crowded fast and they only take cash so remember that. I will also add if you do not try this place it will be something you have missed. Great food, Great service, and most of all Great personalities of the employees. Check it out!

Dont go though the drive though it will take you forever. Your best bet is to pull up to one of the parking spaces, you get waited on faster. It sonic, get a chily chesse dog and a butterfinger blast.

I went through the drive thru at 830pm on a Friday, and there was only one car in line, when will I learn the signs? I ordered the Wings and Things and a brownie. I pulled foward and waited, I was in line for 13 minutes. !!!!! I just knew tha everything I received was freshly cooked wit that wait, but wrong again. The chicken fingers were plumper than most other Zaxbys now adays, the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. The fries were cool and limp, some orange with seasoning, others pale and underseasoned. The boneless wings had also been previously cooked, not while I was in line. The cashier obviously was a popular girl, as chatting with her friends in the car in front of me was priority. I was stuck at a nearb hotel, but went out of my way to avoid this place for duration of visit. Definitely not worth the wait.

Never been to a Chic - filet that didn't excell, training employees to do excellent work serving excellent faire at excellent prices, it simply SHOWS... Thank you Mr. Kathy in producing a product in the most professionally and TASTY way possible for fast food... "pay attention" all others!!!

If you don't expect to be greeted, thanked or see a smile this place will do. The fries are great, the hamburger was barely warm and there was probably half a dozen workers and less customers in the whole place and yet it takes forever to get your food. Pass this one by, not a typical Wendys but typical for the Bessemer area. No one really wants to wait on you they just want a paycheck
