Where to eat Cafe food in Hadleigh: The Best Restaurants and Bars
There fish and chips are ok but sometimes there chips taste like they have been reheated it's not the best around but it's ok if you wanna grab something quick to eat providing they have it cooked as sometimes you have to wait for 10 mins or so when it's supposed to fast food!!!!Thank you for your review of Lenny's Fish & Chips. Customer feedback allows us to continually review and improve our service.Deep fried food has a short 'shelf-life' once cooked. We recommend every customer to wait for their order to be freshly prepared. If you would like your food cooked fresh but do not want to wait the 5-10 minutes (much faster than a pizza or curry I'm sure you will agree) then we recommend you use our Call & Collect service so we can prepare your order as you journey to collect it.We never reheat/refry our menu. The chips once cooked are stored in a heated enclosure to stop them going cold. Due to the bad summer last year, the main crop potatoes have not been at their best - but we always use the best quality potatoes available from East Anglian farms.During the chronic economic uncertainty and random trade patterns, it is almost impossible to satisfy your expectations of having food ready for your immediate convenience and presented at it's best.Kind Regards,
On the border of the town stands Morrisons the largest supermarket in Hadleigh nicely laid out inside. There is a café of which you can get a variety meals.

I have read many reviews of the Biryani hut, yesterday I found myself in the right place, at the right time. I wasn't surprised to see a small queue, it's popular. My short wait was compensated by some great food. I opted for the prawn biryani meal deal, but upgraded the included drink to a mango lassi. The meat samosa and onion bhaji to start were lovely. The biryani was excellent, well cooked and well flavoured. The Dahl that was served on top of it was like the icing on a cake, perfect. I can't wait for another visit. : D
