This is the first time to this chain and because I like hot dogs and fries thought I'd give it a try. Their menu is flashy and the products look great if not a bit overpriced. Counter help was rushed and not willing to explain some menu items so I just went with a dog with everything and fries. The hot dog was probably the worst I have ever had, although at 70+ years I may have forgotten one that was worse. It was a massive tube of cool, tasteless, boiled meat not resembling anything I've seen. Steamed soggy bun. The fries were really bad being very greasy, limp, and again devoid of any flavor. They offer poutine to slather these items with and maybe it would have improved it a bit ... doubt it. Hard to wreck a hot dog but this attempt was an excellent try ... don't even think about stopping here.

I stopped by the Gateway Centre in Grimsby today and let my grandkids choose a place to eat. They both chose Wendy's ! Each ordered the kids burger topped with cheese and bacon and lettuce ...along with fries and a drink. I decided on the spicy chicken sandwich. By the time the kids decided on their drinks....which you fill yourself from the machine , ( many choices ) our meal must have come up and we did not hear them call our name...but I saw what looked like what we ordered on a tray. When I asked( if it was mine ) it was almost as if the manager was annoyed I had't picked it up immediately...at least that's the impression I got. The burgers for the kids did not have the requested lettuce on, but since I had some on mine ,I gave my grandson some. They both thoroughly enjoyed their burgers. My spicy chicken was also tasty. After the meal they both decided they wanted a vanilla frosty so back we went to order. I was standing at the counter ready to order when but was ignored. The manager , instead ,served a man that came up after us but was on " her " side of the counter. Another young lady came up to the counter and took our order. Although the food was good, I wasn't impressed with the manager at this location. Maybe it's just her manner but she doesn't seem friendly !

My husband and daughter should have shares in this location. It is their go to place for a quick meal when I'm not cooking or they're in a hurry.

I decided to take advantage of a recent subway coupon I received in the mail. I purchased a foot long sub , with a beverage , and received a 2 nd sub for .99 cents. I ordered 2... mixed meat subs.. both with plenty of toppings .. including hot peppers , jalapeño peppers and pickles . One sub had chipotle mayo and the second was ordered without sauce if any kind. Well the toppings were plentiful, the meat..so- so.. and cheese was also okay. The biggest problem we encountered was the pickles and peppers were not drained or liquid shaken off before plopping it on the sub.. liquid was dropped onto the bun n and by the time I got home.. a mere 15 min later ,our buns were soggy ! What should have been an enjoyable sub .. was less so because of the bun. Not sure if this was a newer employee or he just didn't care.. but this has never occurred before.

We frequently stop in here to pick up a few hot n ready's on way back to taking kid back to University. Can't beat the price. Always seem to eat one or two by the time we get there. So buy plenty.

Order #0030-019 Wednesday nite I ordered your Xtra large 3 item pizza..or tried too..I pushed the 3 circles on your menu for our family dinner with grandkids .I received an Xtra lrg cheese pizza.gave customer service a call but very arrogant rude obnoxious .terrible customer service.would definitely not send out the pizza I ordered.nothing I can do she said.well thx for ruining a family nite and there r many more places to order a pizza here.i did always enjoy your product but delivering the wrong pizza and the terrible customer service left a very bad taste in my mouth. Have notified family and friends about this .thx again. .for nothing
