Located in the Port Lucaya marketplace, this is a wonderful joint to get a pizza from. It offers delivery service. It is a take out spot. There are seats outside if you would like to eat. Need to try their large one topping special. It is a really good price.
Michelle's isn't actually a shack, isn't cajun, and isn't on N Gulf Boulevard. It's a cart on Silver Point Beach just a few steps from Island Seas Resort. There is one small table and umbrella, and you'll probably find yourself making friends with another couple who has come over. Her menu is small but mighty. We tried 3 different things: 1.) cracked conch - similar to everywhere else. Not much flavor in my opinion. 2.) jerk chicken - really tasty, but has some small bones. Love the peas and rice! 3.) Shrimp entree - SO GOOD! I expected it to be fried like everything else on the island, but it wasn't. It was sauteed in all kinds of seasonings and truly delicious. She also makes a great Bahama Mama and will cut off the top of a coconut for you - either for the water, or to mix up a cocktail inside. Her prices are around $12 for an appetizer or $20 for an entree, congruent with what we saw elsewhere on the island. It seems like she cooks from scratch once you order, so come prepared to relax and wait with your toes in the sand or even go for a quick dip.

During our month long stay in the Port Lucaya area we ordered pizza from Domino's on two occasions. Their Philly cheese steak had very few toppings and did not resemble any Philly cheese steak pizza I have ever had - not recommended. The Deluxe Feast was good and had a more generous offering of toppings, though I found it slightly salty and the tomato sauce too dominant. Their chocolate lava crunch cakes are EXCELLENT.

Griot is not something I want all the time, however from time to time the desire is there. Upon this visit I happen to try the new Griot roll and it turn out to be great. It was much like an egg roll except filled with shredded pork as a filling.. Nice! I recommend anyone to taste same with some cold Kalik beers. Great!!
