Our first visit to White Castle since our return from an overseas assignment in Germany was disappointing. The restaurant looks new and clean but the staff I think needs some work. We waited several minutes for anyone to acknowledge we entered the store and waited at the counter. The lady who took our order was patient with us but not much of a conversationalist, I got the impression she would rather return to whatever task she was working on when we arrived...not rude, just not warm. After we placed our order we sat and waited, I actually overheard someone "talking trash" about a customer who called to make a complaint. That customer was directed to take their complaint to a web site. I found the food that was deep fried to be horrible, the fish bites and chicken sandwiches had to be thrown away. The "sliders" were just a awesome as I remember from my childhood, still amazing...even better with jalapeno cheese. Bottom line is that I will never return to this store and recommend others to avoid it as well. The next time I see a White Castle and start to crave, I'll probably just stick to a few sliders in the drive thru. My family has told me I'll be alone, they refuse to ever try White Castle again. And so a precious childhood memory begins to die.

LORDT. I get it. Its a childhood memory for some.But NO!!!! Just Nooo!One bite. I made it one bite. Then wrapped the whole mess up and right in the garbage.The meat paste with cinnamon is YIKES! Are there "3 Ways" to the garbage can? How about "3 Ways" to the toilet to throw up.Hahahaha...NO

This great little Subway is across from Dixie Heights High School and is in its own free standing building. Never had a particularly bad experience at a Subway but this one is a cut above the rest. The staff is friendly and they keep the line moving. As they are in their own building it is bigger inside than most Subways. Great atmosphere and the usual great subs!

Wasn't feeling well, so ordered food as carry out. Flavors didn't disappoint - had mildly spiced tenders, mashed potatoes with spicy gravy, and mac/cheese. The dipping sauce recommended went well with these tenders and the tenders were cooked well - still moist and juicy. Mac & cheese advertised as "creamy" - was more "blocky" by the time I returned to my hotel (about 15 minutes) - but flavor was still good.Would have rather stayed to eat, but just didn't feel up to it. Sounds at this location seemed to echo a bit - brought to life by kids running around and screaming/crying - while parents looked disinterested.Overall really good grub!

My daughter has an allergy and they were extremely helpful looking up all the ingredients that had a possibility of contamination. It turned out that the butter that they use on the sandwiches does contain soy. They were extremely thorough and helping me feed her. On top of that my club sandwich and fries were fresh and very tasty. I will return.

This place has delicious sub sandwiches with fresh deli meat (unlike Subway where it's in a nasty package!) The bread is fresh and there is just something about the combo of their bread meat and mayo that is delicious!!! The inside could use some cleaning up and the customer service could be MUCH friendlier but the owner is so nice and friendly!! Overall I would come here any day over Subway!! If the owner is reading this- please get nacho cheese/fries like the one in Florence has!!! I'd come here all the time!!
