Typical Subway with usual choices, but fast, friendly service, fresh food, and great community spirit. They treated a group of girls involved in a fundraiser from Jefferson Forest recently and gained lots of goodwill and appreciation as well as future business.

Forest location finally open. Same great chicken, fixins, biscuits and tea. Now I can make a quick trip up the road and in or get it to go.

I've been in here a couple of times with family, and haven't been disappointed yet. They have a variety of empanadas - baked, fried, with and and without cheese, etc. The salsa is ridiculous so get some chips if you're in the mood.In addition to the Hippos - as they call their empanadas - they also serve a variety of sandwiches. Of particular interest is the fried greenbean sandwich that everyone raves about.It's a great place to stop by if you're just looking for a quick bite. Also, I imagine that the Hippos would make a great drunk food, if you've been drinking in the area.

They are all ways people friendly and clean. I tend to find my self in there once a week for lunch.Or even after i leave the local YMCA next door after a good work out.
