Having been to Tony Macaroni restaurants at a number of locations, thought it was time to try Tony 2 Go. The menu claims everything is freshly made to order. Well, is it? Not based on what I had. Ordered something called âCarbonara Lasagneâ and was told it would take 10 - 15 minutes. It arrived after less than 5 and home I went. It might have been cooked from fresh, but I think it had been kept warm for a while after that. Lots of very hard pasta that looked like it had been sitting for a while. More importantly, all I could really taste was salt. Carbonara has bacon in it so salt is inevitable, but not this much. Not good.

Stinking! Chips were raw and chicken balls were soggy. Curry was just pure salt. Disappointed. Phoned and phoned but couldn't get through to complain.

At Tim Hortons, we believe that you shouldn't have to compromise. Whether you want a hot freshly-prepared breakfast on the way to work served with our smooth, delicious coffee; a great choice of freshly prepared sandwiches & wraps or one of our famously i
Deciding to do some late morning shopping I was attracted to Tim Hortons as they served Breakfast until 12 noon. Nice one. I opted for one of their Breakfast meal deals -sausage with egg and cheese muffin, hash brown and a hot drink for £3.79. The muffin was fine. It had a linked sausage instead of the usual patty that other fast food places give you. The coffee (decaffeinated) was very good. I would probably go back but maybe not for breakfast. It is nearly double the price of the usual 'bakers' I would go to. Overall it was an enjoyable visit. I would actually rate it good however there is not a good rating on Trip Advisor.

On the evening of Monday August 27th 2018, I thought I'd try Pacini's chip shop in Greenhills Square as it's not an establishment I've frequented too often.I checked on Pacini's website for what I wanted to order, a ham & pineapple pizza, spicy chicken pizza & a regular bag of chips. Website said the bill would come to £13.65. Now I would have proceeded to order from Pacini's website but they try & sneakily add an extra 50p to the bill for the convenience of using their site. Not for paying any additional fees, I just went up to Pacini's restaurant & placed the above order in the shop.Girl serving quickly took the order & got pizzas in the oven. A few minutes later, quick check on cooking progress & then she went off to clean tables.A few minutes later she quickly boxed up my pizzas & chips & said that'll be £13.75. I mean it was £13.65 on the website before additional fees. I wasn't for arguing over 10p. Either the girl on the counter can't count or her till was short & I was getting used to make up her earlier mistakes & reduce her losses. Now when I got home I took a photo of the burnt offering & it's now there for all to see. Pizza was bland, burnt to a crisp & tasty. It was meant to be spicy chicken, to be honest it looked like the kind of chicken you get at the Iceland supermarket next door. Absolutely no flavour & overall a waste of money.I now know based on the above experience why I don't usually go to Pacini's.Your mileage may of course vary.
