It's in a gas station, so it's fairly clean, but not wonderful. It's all to go as there's no seating. I'd probably say to skip it if you're not starving.

Granted, this is one of few places available in a very small town, so it was really busy, but they need to have more people working at lunch time. We ordered our meals, which were pretty standard fare for DQ. We went back up for a blizzard, and asked if the lunch specials we got included the mini blizzard. They did not, and I then proceded to try and order a small blizzard. She was confused, thinking I wanted to order another meal, so I could get the included mini blizzard. Finally got her to understand that I just wanted a small blizzard, only to find that no one was working the ice cream machines. After about 5 minutes or so, the register person left the register to go and fix our blizzards, which of course left people at the counter waiting to place their orders. I'm sure I will probably eat here again, as like I said, it's one of few choices, but I will try to eat earlier or later than the lunch hour.
