Best chippy in Coatbridge. Service and prices are very good. Fish and chips are excellent value Six pounds for two fish and loads of chips - enough for two or mini supper one fish and loads of chips for£4.10..
Great food and staff are always polite and happy to help. Staff are happy to change or add something to meals ( crazy pregnancy cravings) .nothing's a problem. Will continue to use Amber House as my local takeaway.

This guy rolls his own dough and makes pizzas exactly as you want, the breaded fish was huge and the nicest I've eaten, I'm fussy with eating out, but this is without a doubt the best chip shop around!
We produce great freshly made burgers, freshly made crepes, waffles, pancakes, milkshakes and grilled chicken with consistent quality and delicious varieties. Our aim is to produce food to fulfill most peoples needs of a good warm meal which pleases the h
Fancied trying something different so took a trip from Edinburgh for this place - certainly wasnât disappointed! The staff are kind and helpful, service was good too. The food arrived in about 15 mins or so. I went for one of their âsuper burgersâ, the stacked beef burger and a side of poutine chips - both really nice. Was too full to have dessert - maybe next time. Wouldnât hesitate going back!

In all my years of eating out this would be one of the worst.Mixed pakora. This would have been less over cooked if it had been burried in a volcano for 1000 years. Got a sharp knife to open one up and lets just day the veg could have been fresher. The lamb madras was shocking. Fatty lamb in brown sludge. No fresh herbs. No heat. This is as bad as it could be.Mrs ordered a small chicken tika in a kebab and if you think the curries were bad omg she ended up throwing it away. On the up side the nan bread was huge. Just a shame it was that tough 2 collies could rip it it apart and struggled to eat it!!The worst 23 quid we have spent on food in years.

I order from this takeaway a couple of times a week and always amazing and better than any other takeaway but last night was disgusting. After ordering takeaway it arrived quite quickly which was a surprise as normally long wait. Was plating the food up when noticed that I had got two fried rice instead of one boiled so rather than ring up and wait on another sending out I cooked my own boiled rice. Then I plated food up and started to eat. By this point the chips were soggy, cold and also the curry was too. I thrown the meal away as couldn't eat it. I then rang the company up to complain which I spoke to the manager and gave me the worst customer service ever. Rude, obnoxious and point blank refusing to give me my money back when the food was wasted. Only way he would give me refund is as if we give all the food back and in it's cartons that it came in , as I explain it was in the bin. He decide that he couldn't do anything and put phone down on me 3 times. I explained that as a value customer that I ordered lots of times a week and only this once I have found it a bad experience, you would rather lose customer than own up to the fact that the meal did not be worthy to standards for £21.30. Will not be going back if that's the way they treat customers, it's a shame.

Absolutely love Tonys, we go there every Friday and today didnât disappoint! The chips were straight out of the fryer and the fish was cooked as I was waiting. Was in the shop for around 5/10 minutes from placing the order to leaving and can honestly say it was a pleasant experience! Will be back for my 2 fish suppers and half pizza next Friday as always - fabulous!
