This place has ok help. But the manager doesn't seem concerned about repeat business. The charges were exuberant and looking at receipt seemed that charges were made up. I got the same amount in bowl and asked for extra meat on burrito bowl however was charged another $8???? Manager never even came out to address or explain charges when asked. The girl at register seemed surprised by charges. I can see why this place has such low ratings.

Our family of five ate here on a Sunday evening after leaving Subway for its ridiculously long line and understaffed, slow service. The people at Planet Sub were friendly and answered our questions. Our order was taken promptly and they made our food fresh while we waited- about 10 minutes. Overall, the food was tasty. The Philly Cheesesteak was more salty than we would prefer, but not terrible. The chicken caesar salad was good and my son loved the meatball sub. We also tried the parmesan garlic tater tots. The total came to about $30 for the above mentioned food, which isn't cheap, but the subs were big and we were able to split them (truly a full 12 inches). The bread was fresh and tasty and if you are lucky enough to order the specials of the day, it would be a pretty decent deal. Like 35,000 other subways, it is like every other one. The service was good. I really use to like Subway, "Eat Fresh" is there motto. But after doing a little research, I have learned that the sodium levels in their sandwiches are to the moon. I have decided to eat a little healthier and I will passing on the subway sandwiches for now.

I had the new strawberry parfait frosty and it was very good. Also had fries, and a veggie sandwich (everything on a cheeseburger but with no meat patty). My boyfriend had a jr bacon cheese burger, a double stack burger, fries and a frosty. The dining area was clean and not too busy at 5:48pm on a sunday.
