Reviews on Fast Food food in Broome, Western Australia, Australia. The beaches of tropical Broome aren’t just beautiful—they’re historic. The white-sand Cable Beach is named for an undersea telegraph cable that was laid in the late 1800s, connecting Broome to Singapore. A short hop over the dunes is Minyirr Park, and, on the eastern shore, Town Beach is home to a famous natural phenomenon, the Staircase to the Moon. Time-travel to the prehistoric era by heading to Gantheaume Point to check out 130-million-year-old dinosaur footprints.
Things to do in Broome
We discovered this take away on Google maps and it had great reviews. I really cannot understand why. We should have left when we smelled the old oil stench, however decided to give it a go due to the great reviews. We got grilled snapper, barra, calamari rings and chips, and it basically all went straight in the bin unfortunately. Everything tasted of old oil, the chips were the worst I have had in a long long time, the fish tasted old and the calamari seemed to come out of a package. What a waste of money!

Ok so I am not meant to eat dim sum being gluten/wheat etc, however id heard they were brilliant here. And that tip wasn't wrong - admittedly it's been years since I've eaten them, but they lived up to the hype for me.The noodles and other dishes looked fantastic and huge serves - no eftpos but there are major bank ATMs directly out the front.

First night in Broome , we felt like some fish, chips , squid rings, dim sims and potato cakes , oh but the potato cakes were sold out ! Thatâs like subway running out of bread . Anyways Trip advisor led us to this Place. Ordered takeaway , pretty rude/blunt phone service. The wife picked it up .Opened the parcel and what a let down . $47 ca Ching , way overpriced for picture attached . Few crumbed squid rings that were terrible - no taste, dim sims must have been cooked yesterday , we received a handful of chips and the fish was ok . Gave it that extra star . Now Broome yes is expensive for eating out, but this was redic.

Wanted to get some brunch with my family on a Saturday. The sign said it would be opened by 10:00 am. Waited till 10:15 for the shop to open, I went inside to ask if they were opened the guy said âfive more minutes pleaseâ with one of the workers sitting there reading the papers. A bit disappointing :) Had food here many times and it was good.
