First of all, they have the nasty Coke FreeStyle machine; nothing is worse than these horrible things... They don't have a single selection that is mixed properly. NONE of them do. What does it matter if they have a 100 flavors if they all taste like carbonated water and not at all like the drink you chose?Got the Four for Four with a double-stack. This is the first store that offered multiple sizes on this meal; never heard of this option before. They said that for 50 CENTS more; they upgrade the drink, the fries, and the nuggets to "medium" sizes. Well, they charged 60 cents, not 50. And they upgraded only the drink. They said that was the deal. Why would I upgrade a drink for 50 cents when I can just get a refill before I leave? And... these drinks aren't mixed properly anyway.... the Coca-Cola isn't even close, not at all. It is undrinkable. I tried a few others but found that I could tolerate the Orange but it wasn't great. I shouldn't have to settle... if it says Coca-Cola, then it should taste like it. Anyway, there was no upgrade on the fries or nuggets like they said. Also, the fries were severely undercooked, the nuggets were overcooked and were hard, and the hamburger patties were half-raw. I took my food back and they made it again... but I basically go the same undercooked crap again.After they got my food the second time, they were filling up a bunch of fries and nuggets (maybe for the drive-through) and one girl dropped the big salt dispenser and also the scoop. She stepped over them to do something else and went back a couple minutes later to pick them up. Without hesitation, she just put them back in their normal positions without washing anything at all. My food was undercooked again I didn't want anything after seeing how they operate. I left my half-cooked food on the counter when I left. I tried to get a refund but everyone there acted like they didn't know how to do it.
