Expensive. Food was good, relatively big dishes. I missed some seasonal ingredients (especially in summer time) and dishes without meet. I missed Moravian wines in the card.Dear el_BUZ0,thank you for your words but lets put few things in right: our menu offers also veggetarien dishes ( dishes without meet ) and our chef has never problem to cook something extra for our guest ,, just need to ask,,.Our restaurant is also very well known for useing local seasonal ingredients. I can't rave enough about this place. Great location, nice atmosphere, professional staff, excellent food. The ribeye steak was superb! Lucie, our waitress, was friendly and knowledgable, recommending wines and appropriate side dishes. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable experience. It is one of the most ugly buildings in Krkonose, Czech communists were just real idiots - so you should see it (and it is close to super nice spot - Pancava waterfalls). And interior keeps the same quality. But service is quick and nice ready to offer you place to survive from the bad weather even in the morning. Food is average but very expensive. Surprisingly you will feel there not bad. As they know what they offer and do not try to pretend to be something else.

Skalka is one big building consist of hotel, small shop and restaurant. Around the building is big garden, just shame they do not have children playground. They offer outdoor and indoor seeting, the place is quite busy, they have enough friendly staff to serve, quite good selection of food. The food itself was freshly cooked but nothing special - just an average. Just my friend said his pasta bolognese was so incredibly sweet that it should be served as sweet dish:-)

Weâve been travelling all around the world for last 4 years, eaten at hundreds of restaurants off all kinds - this one is one of the best. And itâs in my (almost) home town :-) What a great surprise! Well done, Vrchlabi.Food is amazing. Glass of house malbec very good. Service - thatâs what it should look like. Pleasant, friendly, helpful, easy going, not in your face. Can you teach some of your competitors please? We are here for another two weeks. Weâll be back a few times to taste the rest of the menu.

We visited Spindleruv Mlyn last October (2018) and had a wonderful time at this beautiful little town.We had dinner at Bakchus and enjoyed every minute of it!!!The waiter was professional and very friendly !!We ordered the Pepper steak & the meat meal which were both excellent.We also ordered a desert which was gluten-free and a pure joy.We will definitely visit again when in the area.

We have visited this area several times and regret not coming here sooner!The staff were very helpful and prompt on service.The food is among some of the best I have ever tasted and the layout of the restaurant is in keeping with the area and very stylish.We did not have a reservation but were seated straight away.Honestly can not rate this enough. VERY good.

We enjoyed a very nice dinner. Small but very cozy restaurant - only few tables with fantastic view to the mountains. Very good and professional service and waiter knowledgeable about the wines. Good selection of wine and a french style menu. Being summer I would have liked a more 'summer' / lighter menu. Food was excellent and very well prepared and cooked to perfection.
