The chef came out to tell us the specials, the fish display platter was awesome, however the fresh porcini mushrooms won out. The fettuccine with procini were so good I was tempted to have another order. The suckling pig was moist, served with roasted potatoes. The portions are very generous and service was good. The wine list is great and there are plenty of Lazio wines to sample at reasonable prices. The outside space is very pleasant, almost courtyard like. When we return to Viterbo we will definitely dine here again.

On a Monday night, this place filled to the rafters. Clearly, popular with local families, teenagers and the like, and who doesn't like modestly priced decent food in abundance? Frankly, we found the pizza to be OK, but nothing to write home about. We ordered a salad to share before the pizza. We were at a table for 2. When the salad arrived it took up 70% of the table. We persuaded the waitress to give us two plates for sharing. Everything was fine, until our pizza arrived well before we had a third of the salad digested. The pizza were, predictably, enormous. Add salad dressings, wine, wine glasses, water, water glasses and you have a geometric dilemma. They moved us to a table for 4, and it still was fully covered. This seems to happen with every order. The wait staff is very kind and cheerful. Everyone is in a good mood. Salads and desserts were quite good. Pizza, still a long eway from Napoli.

The menu will take an hour to get through it. We counted approximately 240 variations of spaghetti on the menu! Ultimately, we gave up and told the proprietor to make us 3 sharing dishes one with fist, one with meat, one with mushrooms. The food was good, but there was a ton of food. After three courses, I was done and spent the next 90 minutes wandering the beautiful night scenes of old Viterbo. There are several better restaurants, but this one was very good. Just bring your appetite.

We had a lovely meal here, The sushi toscano was a riff on carpaccio, rolled maki-style, with truffle. Risotto was splendid. Meals are reasonably priced but very cleverly imagined.

Had pappardelle pasta and some delicious cuore di lattuga salad for a quick dinner, and would go back there any time. Pasta tasted like pasta, and not like "nothing" with sauce. Very nice. Lattuga came with some kind of fried hamy bits which were also very tasty. Unreserved recommendation!Place itself looks fresh (quite unlike the drab grey surrounds) with imaginative decorations, and the staff are low key, naturally friendly but still know what they are doing. If in the area, do not miss out!Oh, and the price is civilised, relative to all the tourist traps in the wider area.

I haven't been to all the local restaurants, yet, but I'm surprised it seems to top the list. Don't get me wrong the service was attentive, food was good (we had pizza) and the price was ok. What we felt it lacked was warmth. The main restaurant is a huge tiled room with large tables well spaced from each other. If you are there for a wedding on a lovely summers day it is probably totally different but on a cold and blustery November evening it felt uninviting not withstanding the service. I was hoping for a warm inviting country house but what I got was cold and uninviting. Outside they have a decent garden area with a pretty pergola which strongly suggests their main business is in wedding reception market. One point on the food, we ordered pizza, fine. But they brought us an appetiser of thing focaccia which was very nice but not what you want when you are about to eat pizza! After a few slices of the focaccia she couldn't finish the pizza. Better would have been a lovely canapé that showed off the chefs skill and maybe might have brought me back to try something else other than pizza. I asked for a wheat or white beer but I got a lager. Not sure the waiter knew the difference. The prices were average.
