I went with 2 friends and had an excelleng lunch. We were over half an hour late as we had been wine tasting next door but they were very understanding when we pitched up. We also brought along 3 bottles of wine from next door which they didn't mind. The setting was lovely and the view out of the window very pretty. The service was also very good. I was very envious of my friend's main course which was the lamb on a hot plate.

This place has a Michelin star, and it is a richly deserved star. We had an absolutely fabulous meal, and one that I will remember for some considerable time. The staff were first class, and service was faultless; smooth, efficient, friendly, informative and well-paced. The sommelier was also excellent with her suggestions, and I particularly appreciated the fact that she had time to show us some other bottles that she had and to talk in such an engaging way about some of the wines from the region. Our table of four chose the LâIconico menu. Stand out dish was their take on the traditional vitello tonnato. This was wondrous; a perfect combination of the most fabulous beef, full of flavour and with an immaculate texture, paired with an unctuous, well-balanced sauce. I also adored the agnolotti done in two (very different) ways, one of which was a delightful surprise. The rest of the meal was sublime; itâs been a long time since I have been so uplifted, amazed and delighted by every course in a meal. Surely a second star is on its way.

I was at this restaurant back in April after the hotel concierge recommended for late lunch. It was great then, but we did not return until this July trip. There aren't that many good restaurants in La Morra, so we just went back and loved the food. This restaurant has very cheap menu and great price for wines. We actually went twice this time- two days in a row. I loved the cold riso, and the burrata cheese!! I would love to go back to this restaurant.

More than three decades of experience make Chef Proprietor Danilo Lorusso an authority in terms of traditional Piedmontese kitchen. La Crota's purpose is to give his guests the warmth of italian hospitality, the genuiness of Langhe's food and people, and
5 stars for La Crota, top quality food, traditional dishes from the region with a master touch on top of it. I tried tagliatelle with white truffle and I have to say is something you must try, incredible. Also very good wine selection from winemakers of the area.

Hotel restaurant, with beautiful terrasse and view on vineyards and hills full of Nebbiolo. The food is very Piedmont-focused, with delicious local veal, unavoidable pasta with white truffles of Alba or imaginative potato gnocchi with egg-yolk inside. Large wine list, a bit in young end but still with good and well priced offering

Located close to La Morra, in a small community, this outstanding restaurant is certainty worth a visit. The restaurant is highly rated by most visitors. Chef Franco is clearly a talented chef and focuses on the best local ingredients the season can provide. For our visit, he made sure my wife's food allergies were accommodated, without sacrificing t all the excellence of our dishes. Service is efficient and friendly. As expected, the wine list is reflective of the outstanding wines produced in the region.

just in the center of Barolo valley, this restaurant is a little pearl both for food and wine and the lovely location. Menù is excellent ( try the Pancetta roasted) and wine superb. Correct the prices. Booking is a must.

La Cantina Wine Bar is a family run business situated between Verduno and La Morra. It has a large terrace with a scenic view. La Cantina serves Breakfast, Lunch, Gelato, Aperitifs, Wine and Coffee.
We've been coming to Verduno for years and have watched this bar evolve into a great little cantina. Family friendly, bilingual and great selection of local wines. They have recently introduced a menu and while we didn't have lunch here, we did come for drinks and were able to sample some of what they have. And even with the food and the wine, its still an outstanding bar for the best espresso in the area!!!
