Find out what European restaurants to try in Trapezaki. Mousata (Greek: Μουσάτα) is a village in the municipal unit of Leivatho on the island of Cephalonia, Greece. It is situated between Mount Ainos and the Ionian Sea, at about 200 m elevation. It is 2 km northwest of Vlachata, 4 km east of Peratata and 12 km southeast of Argostoli. The road from Poros to Argostoli passes through the village. Mousata suffered great damage from the 1953 Ionian earthquake.

We had lunch here a couple of times. Food is good for a beach bar and the setting is very nice and shady. Offers a bit of chill time away from the beach while only being about 50m from the beach.

We were delighted dinning there. Food is high quality. All dishes are home made kitchen, all fresh and cooked on the spot. We recommend everyone to try KREATOPITTA and SKORDALIA, they are among the best dishes there together with the BRUSCHETTA.Very friendly people working there, ready to serve you and do their best to keep you happy. A very big plus that all servers speak english.

We visited En Kefallinia on our last night and wished we had found it sooner! A beautiful setting surrounded by flowers and herbs and you could even see the chef picking items from the garden as they were ordered - you can't get fresher than that! 3 of us had the special of homemade pasta with pork which was absolutely delicious. The cheesecake made with homemade marmalade was one of the best desserts I have ever eaten. All the food was fresh and light, and was followed up beautifully by a small taster of the liquor made by the owner. The owner was kind enough to tell us about how they had built the restaurant originally as their family home after the earthquake in 1953. She also showed us a wonderful book all about the island. If we return to Kefalonia we will definitely return. Absolutely recommend trying it out to anyone staying near Lakithra.

A great family run restaurant. All food prepared to order. Good selection of wine and all homemade desserts. Excellent value. great service, fun atmosphere. Greek food with many choices, also wide variety of English and American food.
Passed by the evening before after eating elsewhere and pondered the menu. Looked good chatted to Head Waiter and promised to come back. Was not disappointed when we returned. Great friendly staff. Excellent food and wine. Cant say I cared for the complimentary drink....but the gesture was nice.

This restaurant was located near our apartments, but in itself it is a great location, a balcony with views out the sea, unfortunately it wasn't a good sunset, but others had seen good sunsets there. It is best to book to ensure you get on the balcony, it is a very popular restaurantNow to the important bits, the staff are friendly as always in Greece, the food is good, the portions are good and value for money is good., the only thing that stopped 5 out of 5 was the House White, it isn't a good one, maybe just a bad batch. It did slightly improve with food but only very sllightly. Maybe ask to check next time.

I wish our customers and to all the world a happy and creative 2016. A big thank you to all those who visited us and an apologize to those who we were unable to satisfy.
We went here because it was only 5 mins from our apartments but food was just average Iâm afraid. I had the village lamb, and it was a pot with a few pieces of lamb with loads of potatoes and cheese and very uninspiring. My wife had the prawns and said they were just ok. Service was ok

From the day we met with Kostas and Annie last year all our wedding stress disappeared. We had a limited budget but they made sure will had a billion dollar wedding, it was priceless. They took care of all the complex paper work, with very clear timely instructions for our actions. Emails were responded to quickly and nothing was too much trouble. they kept us updated with costs (which were so reasonable). When we finally flew out with 22 guests we met with them 2 days before the wedding for final catch up, they were so kind and reassuring. Last minute questions and additions were included with no fuss (or charge)! they arranged transport from resort to our beautiful wedding beach, they arranged Maria the best photographer ( we were presented with a beautiful album before we flew home 3 days later). The celebrant was wonderful, our readings, vows and speeches all factored in. Annie totally understood my concept and added in perfect ideas of her own, my flowers surpassed my expectations (again incredible value), my cake was simplicity and delicious. The wedding breakfast was relaxed and scummy something for everyone and the local wine flowed. Canapes and prosecco followed the ceremony - we were in paradise! I cannot recommend them enough, all our dreams were surpassed. Eternally grateful! not one thing i can suggest to improve it was perfection.

Located on the Trapezaki Road! Specials change daily. Fast service and tasty grill souvlaki ,gyros and fresh salads .
We have eaten several times here. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The food is really great Quality. The lamb chops, steak and the souvlaki are exceptional and really huge portions. The seafood souvlaki is my particular favourite.Last night I ordered moussaka, which I had enjoyed on a previous visit. This time though, it was seriously over cooked and I couldnât eat it.The waitress was excellent when I showed her and ordered something else. When it was time to pay, we realised we hadnât been charged for either the moussaka, or its replacement, which was a very nice gesture.Everyone can make a mistake, but they handled it very well and weâll eat there for sure on our next trip.

Being the first establishment at the bottom of the road down from Lourdata town and Vlachata, the Seven Café Bar is upstairs above the Lourdas Mare bar. Being high above the beach itself affords the Seven Café excellent views across the bay and more importantly on a hot summer day, a lovely sea breeze. Sitting on the terrace and having a frappe is one of lifeâs little pleasures â especially when on some days the Café provides a bottle of water and a slice of cake when you buy a coffee! The frappe made with ice cream is particularly nice, with the sweetness of the ice cream and the bitterness of the coffee foam complimenting each other perfectly and providing welcome relief from the heat. The staff are very pleasant, going about their business with a smile and there is a small book exchange area inside where you can drop off the book youâve just read and pick up another one to flick through on the terrace. Being near the bus stop to get you back up the hill is just another plus point for this lovely little café.
