Soulful and Elegant cooking with a nod toward Gaelic Gastronomy. True and welcoming hospitality. Refined cocktails, wines and ale. Serving Dinner Thursday to Monday.
Bia is an absolutely perfect experience combining exceptional food with an elegant but unassuming atmosphere with friendly caring and professional staff. In other words - Manhattan culinary excellence without the Manhattan attitude or crowds. Last night we tried the roasted Monkfish which was cooked to perfection accompanied by two fried oysters. My other half had the duck which was tender and delicious. On past visits I sampled the salmon on potato boxty (Irish pancakes) which was popping with freshness, the venison carpaccio was tender and delightful and the lobster, black pudding and braised pork belly which upped the ante on what avant garde Irish chefs are attempting. Honestly the whole thing comes together as though it was effortless from the scrumptious dishes, the cool vibe and the perfect drinks. Welcome to Rhinebeck Bia. So happy to have you in our town!

We couldnât have had better German food!!! What a delightful find and we know we will spread the word about this wonderful restaurant. The service was superb, great ambiance, and every morsel of food was delicious!!!We dined on the Potato pancake and sauerkraut appetizers followed by their sauerbraten with potato dumplings and the Weiner schnitzel with spatzel and red cabbage...our plates were clean and our tummies in heaven!!! We left room for the chocolate almond Sacher torte which we shared. We will definitely return and look forward to our next dining adventure.

French American fusion, vegan & g.f. options. Local farm to table concept, homemade pasta, sauces, & desserts. Local wines & craft tap beers full liquor license.
The first thing that comes to mind is the amazing service. Our waitress was so nice and welcoming. She knew everything about the menu. The food is freshly made and the menu, while limited, offers unique and interesting items. We had the mushroom soup which was creamy with the most perfect flavors. This is easily something you would find in a 5 star restaurant. My daughter had the Vegan Strawberry Coconut ice cream. This is ice cream homemade by the owner. My daughter is still talking about it.Thank you for the wonderful review, we look forward to your return!
