Weather was lousy so we decided on an unplanned stop for lunch. The whole place has been exquisitely renewed and the atmosphere is soft and gentle in the true Irish way. Lunch was a smoked salmon salad which was massive and reasonably priced. Great friendly staff especially the bar manager, good craic all around.

A simply special place to go for a lovely, refined evening out. The dinner was lovely, from the reception to decor, service, food and wine. We really enjoyed our evening, and couldn't recommend it highly enough. A beautiful experience. I wish more restaurants were like this one! A right find.

We ate here on two nights..they do a set menu for â¬39 for 3 course but you can just pick a main course. They are very accommodating. On first night I had the butternut squash tortellini and it was heaven..so so delicious!!!! We opted for different dishes each night and everything was mouth watering!! The chips are so tasty. I am still thinking about them. If you are in the area or staying in hotel then definitely go and eat in this restaurant you won't be disappointed.

The Garden Rooms & Bar is located in the heart of the hotel and overlooks the famous 13th hole on Druids Glen Golf Course. It has a comfortable and casual atmosphere where you can enjoy a delicious menu and an after dinner drink.
Good bar menu with plenty of choice. Good food. All of the staff are helpful and friendly. Speedy service. Highly recommend a visit if close to Druids Glen.

I ate here with a fellow hiker while completing the Wicklow Way walk in 2019. This is a characterful pub that clearly is very popular with locals and tourists alike. The beer (chiefly Guinness and its fellow brands Hop House and Smithwick) was good, as was the pub-food menu. A folk singer kept everyone entertained and multiple flat-screen TVs were showing the US Open Golf while we dined. On other evenings no doubt these show hurling and football, all adding to a very "Irish" experience. A quick tip however: people in Ireland have their tea quite early in the evening. Tourists arriving after us, from 7:30 pm onwards, found it a little hard to obtain table seats for dinner. The pub managed in all cases to rustle up a bit more room so it worked out in the end for the late-arriving diners, but if returning I would get down to the place soon after 6 pm to be on the safe side.
