Amvrosia was the food of ancient Greek Gods, as the mythology says. It is a beautiful restaurant with a wonderful garden and delicious dishes near the port of Igoumenitsa! Amvrosia offers you a friendly enviroment to enjoy your meal!
The one and only restaurant in Igoumenitsa. Famous between local people and also lots of tourists. Delicious food, huge portions and beautiful environment.Quite close to the port (internarional).
Mikri ammos beach is very beautiful place about 2km from Syvota. The whole beach is âownedâ by this one beach club and restaurant. They have a monopoly there. Sunbeds and umbrella cost 20â¬. Drinks are also more expensive compared to other beaches. Food in the restaurant was ok but nothing special. We ordered a bottle of wine 24⬠but the waiter didnât hear our order correctly and we got the bottle on the table after half of the food was allready eaten. Maybe he didnât hear the order because they are playing very anoying lounge music so loud that you canât hear your own thoughts. Service on the beach was good and friendly. And croutons in greek salad! Really?

After eating in many taverns and restaurants in the area of Syvota, Parga and Karavostati, I believe that the restaurants located in Perdika serve by far the best food in the region. Pirouni Maheri was the top restaurant, with great Modern Greek cuisine, and exemplary service. We chose the green salad with nuts and manouri cheese which was excellent, Black Angus steak which was delicious, deboned chicken and burger that were very tasteful. If you visit the area, choose Pirouni Maheri. Donât forget to call first and have your reservation, especially in July and August.

Can only comment on the pork Giros. For me a good giros comes from layers of pork put together one on top of the other to give the giros shape and then well cooked. The consistency of this giros was pre-formed pork which was shaved off wafer thin and with no taste.Would not recommend for Giros - Try Spiro VagelisThank you dear friend for your advice on the construction of the Greek giros. So... we failed ......From tomorrow we will close the shop and we all go together to eat giro in Spiros Vangelis.

We were in Syvota for just one night as part of a sailing holiday. We stopped at Mediterraneo for Pizza and it was absolutely lovely - I'd highly recommend it if you're there and fancy a Pizza!
