We jumped in for some finger food before dinner. The place was recommended by our hotel. It was very good!!The prosciutto, salami, formaggi, carpa cio were exellent! Went for the house white and had 2 diifferent red vini. They were very tasty, bodied... "pesante". The owner was very helpful. This is the perfect place for you if you want to have proper wine with great finger food... we bought 2 dozens of wine, olive oil and tasty cheese. It's a must to visit place!!!

Rich selection of local simple and honest foods which are really tasteful, wine map is limited to house / local wines (nice ones). The view and ambiance is very nice indeed, service is friendy and with a smile. Recommended!

HOME inglese Welcome to Sorano , an ancient village in the Tuscan Maremma which along with Pitigliano and Sovana forms part of the threeâ Cities of Tufoâ . This volcanic area, rich in nature , archaeological sites , caves , gorges and ravines has been wit
This smaller cafe has an amazing setting, tucked into a uniquely decorated cave. It may seem somewhat nontraditional, but there is clear focus on quality and the owner takes special pride in the sourcing of his ingredients. It shows in the delicious plates that are served. Wine is no exception. If you're a fan of the farm to table movement you will not be disappointed.

Visited Bacco & Cerere with colleagues for lunch and the experience was fantastic! From the first taste of the fresh ricotta appetizer (pictured) to all the fresh pasta dishes we sampled right up to the dessert, this was a fantastic culinary experience. We started with the carpaccio and battuta which was probably overkill on the raw meat but both were delicious. We shared 4 of the primis among the table - all were excellent but perhaps the pasta with wild boar was the best. We tasted a local beer (Iris - pictured) which was better than expected.Seems like Bacco & Cerere is basically a husband & wife duo who do everything to make sure you eat well and feel relaxed. The restaurant has ample outdoor seating on an elevated patio - although Saturnia isnât exactly a bustling metropolis, itâs nice to be removed a bit from the action at street level.Restaurant is located right next to the main parking lot just as you arrive in Saturnia so you canât miss it. Evidently, thereâs also a wine store at the ground level which Iâm told has a great selection.

Saturnia is really, really small village. Even more so surprising is to find such an exquisite dining place. If you love your meat, this is the must place to visit. Concise, yet full menu, wine list which is at least 20 pages long. Friendly staff and very relaxing atmosphere. I liked it and probably will visit again. On the minus side - the only way to get there is by car, or a taxi.
