La Casita are excited to have landed in Skipton. It is the fifth restaurant in the Yorkshire chain and we're here so you can feast on traditional Andalusian Tapas with a Yorkshire twist. Pop by for a drink, quick bite to eat or full blown family dinner ou
The tapas was well presented and really tasty. Really good quality. Service was quick and friendly. I had the Spanish Cider which was delicious and refreshing. Overall, a great experience. Only feedback I would give, is the tapas dishes are slightly overpriced (by around a pound a dish). That said, the dessert (the delicious salted caramel parfait) was real value for money. The desert menu was fairly priced.Hi GelvisBlue, thank you for taking the time to review La Casita Skipton. We're pleased to read you enjoyed your trip and I have to say the salted caramel parfait is just delicious isn't it. We look forward to seeing you again soon, thank you the La Casita Skipton Team

We are a different concept in Skipton where we focus on local product cooked and served with love and passion. Our menu changes monthly giving you a different dining experience every time you visit. You can bring your own drinks to enjoy with your meal. W
We visited this place when it was in Keighley and thought nothing could beat visiting there. However on visiting Skipton we were delighted to see how Charleen and Andrew had worked to transform their little restaurant into a delightful and inviting place. The food needs no improvement it is just as good as before. A set menu with the option to BYO wine to keep costs down. If you havent been yet you are missing a treat. Like another reviewer i find it puzzling that it is currently the 44th best restaurant in Skipton and can only think its because they are reasonably new to the area. Cant wait to go back!!

Alexanderâs Bar & Kitchen offers an entirely new concept thatâs yours to share. Weâre proud to have developed a relaxed, social fine-dining experience with international small plates, sharing boards & a vibrant bar scene â our aim has been to create a spa
After touring Skipton Castle, we decided to try Alexander's for lunch. It is across the street from the castle basically. Glad we chose this restaurant! We were able to get a table outside behind the restaurant, which was very nice! Large umbrellas shade many of the tables. Very good halloumi cheese appetizer! Would definitely eat here again if we are in the area.Thank you for the fabulous five bubble review! It's fantastic to hear you'd visit us again and we look forward to seeing you again in the future.

On a busy market day in Skipton we chose this little eatery almost at random for lunch, and ended up very happy with our choice. A pleasant little dining room and efficient service added to a surprisingly sophisticated menu. We were very happy with our choices of lemon sole and spinach ravioli. This is a very pleasant little eatery and the owners deserve every success.

Relax and informal bistro with great food
Eaten here several times and always been very pleased with the quality of food and attention to detail. On our last visit, can only assume they must have been having a bad day as the meals we experienced came nowhere close to previous visits. There was something tired about the whole experience, with food very ordinary in quality and my fish course very dissapointing. There is always a plus side to any situation and the staff were polite, helpful and friendly in all respects and one can only hope that this restaurant quickly regains its ability to provide quality dishes , as we had come to expect.Every restaurant can never suit every customer, on the day, and this may have been simple that. We hope so.
