A typical lunch in Diano comes for around 25 Euro. Decent, but why not saving even more and getting delicious food? At TavernaZero, we took the daily menu and were very favorably impressed: we were served a tartare of tuna and raw veggies as well as rice with seafood, including water and bread for just EUR 12.00 â no strings attached. Olive oil, which is so tasty in this area, was organic. Additionally, the concept of the restaurant is absolutely honorable: they support local producers. The formula is winning for all the parties: the regional economy, the quality of the food, the environmental impact, the money you spend. Well done guys!

This restaurant is in a nice location on terrass overlooking the sea. The menu seems interesting, with its attempt to fusion italian and japanese cuisine (mainly the deep-fry side). The execution and even conception of all the dishes we ate, however, was rather disappointing. The waiter recommended the daily special starter of figs filled with ham and cheese. This at best was worthy of an amateur cook or housewife making party food for a big reception. The "trofie" pasta with squids and zucchini flowers sounded interesting too, however there were at all a total of two small pieces of squid in this huge pasta dish, the zucchini flowers only tasted of the grease they were fried in, a basically tasteless, bland and greasy dish. Finally, the tuna in a "pignoli" pine nut crust sounded interesting on the menu too... it also was bland and greasy, the pine nuts added no other taste than the grease they were fried in.So I'm sorry to say, there still isn't an interesting fine dining option in Diano Marina...

This place was recommended by the management of the house we stayed. We went the same day that we arrived without any booking, hoping to get a table for a quick dinner. We asked for a table and the answer was... sorry we are full...... no even, we could offer you a table for any other day, nothing! We were early and the restaurant was empty!! As we were starving, we took a take away pizza from the same place.

Great location close to the sea. I was there twice with a group of people and we all enjoyed the quality of the food: both the pizza and the seafood were well prepared and the portions were large enough. The price range seemed adequate for a restaurant- pizzeria and the staff was well organized - and kind - despite the huge number of customers - it was a scorching July weekend. The one thing I didn't like was the music, loud enough to make it difficult to sustain a conversation even though we were sitting outside. We wondered how the people living in the building over the restaurant can cope with it. Do the owners really think the noise is a plus for people deciding where to dine?

Quite often TripAdvisor lists the same place under different names because of confusion by reviewers or variations in title or language. There are more than 600 reviews available, good and bad, if you look for the listing with the Italian spelling of 'ristorante' rather than 'restaurant'.

This restaurant has a sort of Medieval them, which doesn't quite work. The staff are in cotton shifts with a St George cross on, and the food might have been great for big meat-eaters but left us with little choice. Not cheap, either!Sorry for my bad English, I am Emilio the owner of Ai Secoli Bui. I think it is difficult to satisfy all tastes of our customers, usually people come to us for the actual quality of the meat, our strength! we do however also appetizers, soups, pasta, pizza, focaccia and something fish. The price of our meat is directly proportional to the high-quality of the proposal. We hope to have you for our guests to try to make you change your mind on our work.

A nice evening above the Mediterranean in the nice atmosphere of the La Femme. We had menu degustiazione for one and Antipasti and secondo piatto separately. It was prepared accordingly but a little design-oriented more than extraordinary taste. The pulpo crosta though was excellent, the different dips/cremes ( as well as those accompanying the raw fish platter (nigiri) nevertheless were boring. Vitello tonnato was a good portion with lots of tonno taste. The roasted fish then was very tasty and excellent together with Ligurian vegetables. The desert was again a little boring and unambitious. Over all we had a very nice evening, service was friendly and efficient, but to be honest we had a little higher expectation-maybe next time.
