So... this is a restaurant that does not over charge for nice decor... it is a typical family run style italian with cheap seats and tables with great food for great prices! Staff are pleasant enough for a nice family lunch. The pasta was very good while needed a lil extra salt (and I am not a salt person) but with the huge bowl of parmesan was more than enough. The family sized pizza truly os family size; the tray (not plate) must be 50cm in diameter and the pizza fills the plate. We will be coming back most definitely! Araceli restaurant is not far from my home, but had never gone before. It was recommended as an expensive place, but good. And it was actually a fantastic place, with a great service, a well balanced menu and simply amazing food. Traditional Castilian food prepared at its best. Croquettes, salads, vegetables, hake, meat, desserts... anything is perfect here and you will never be disappointed. Waiters were also attentive and very professional. The atmosphere was elegant though classic rustic Castilian. And it is pricey (around 50 EUR per person), yes, but you will get a lot of value for your money.

Our business lunch was such a wonderful experience : we will all remember one of our French colleague's enthusiasm discovering Spanish food, and the wonderful solomillo, those amazing tapas we shared and no less amazing deserts, my tong still has the chocolate in memory! Service was excellent, everything perfect, I highly recommend this place, definitely my favorite in Madrid surroundings.

We went to this wonderful tiny place because of the nice reviews in TA and did enjoy a great authentic Madrilenian kitchen. We enjoyed the place and ourselves for a very tasty meal with gorgeous attentive service and excellent recommendations on the daily menu. And most beautiful, we got real value for money as both, quality of taste and price were in sync.... Very well done, keep it up, we will return! Now that we memorized the way. Not easy to find but ask someone of the region, they will know...
