Very popular restaurant by the River Maine. Good size terrace with plenty of tables & chairs. Service a bit slow on the Saturday afternoon we were there. Had to go inside and order directly at the counter. Latte coffe @2.90, ordinery coffee 2e. Flamkucken overpriced at nearly 9e but the baked Camembert I though was good at 7.50e. Good selection of cakes as always in Germany @ 2.50e a slice and a good size too. The inside is looking a bit shabby and could probably do with some refurbishment.

We went there with guests from abroad and enjoyed the food a lot.The Jägerhof in Rüsselsheim offers a variety of German especially Hessian delicates. You can get anything with Handkäs starting from a soup made from this special cheese or a Schnitzel with a Handkäs sauce. An interesting variety of different Schnitzel, Steaks and Sausages make this place somehow special. A very good choice for people who love meat. For everyone else there is a menu full of salads or Flammkuchen.Besides the food you can drink funny mixes of apple wine. Definitely an interesting place to explore in a nice environment and a very friendly service.

About 5 minutes on foot fm Holiday Ä°nn Express Hotel Raunheim, you will arrive at this small Steakhouse. Ordered sirloin steak which is served on hot stone. You can grill yr meat on yr table according to yr wishes. We liked this way of cooking very much. Service is good and fast. Strongly recommended for any occasion or reason.

For me MITCH represents the fusion of cultures in Rüsselsheim: They incorporate homely far-away tastes and good seasonal and local produce to great creations. Sometimes they get minor technical things a little wrong, but that is totally overshadowed by their warmth, intimacy and creativity of their dishes. This really is a multiple star restaurant in a bistro's clothing!Expect to get food and wine which is way too reasonably priced for the quality and taste.Mitch is a small place, so reserve a table. Very hard to get in at lunchtime when people swarm in from the surrounding companies.

After some research on decent eating/drinking establishments in the area we made a pre-planned visit to the Kleines Ruesselheimer Brauhaus on a Monday night when it was predictably not too busy. Sat inside and impressed by the quality of the furnishings and the general ambience of the place. We all enjoyed main meals and desserts with myself consuming several of the beers which are of course brewed on the premises. The children had nuggets and chips and the nuggets must have been of the best quality I have ever seen (all too often the look cheap and nasty). Only surprise was the bill which added up to a lot more than I would have expected. Nevertheless it would not put me off visiting again. Worth seeking this place out if you are in the area,

The bar is set high. This was my first experience with authentic, German cuisine in-country. And it did not disappoint. The food was great, the mood and environment were authentic. A great, little local place in a very cool traditional building. My only wish is that I could go back, but my itinerary will not permit. If you are in the area, definitely check it out. Great, friendly service too.

When we looked up this restaurant, two days ago, we were looking for a Mexican menu. We pulled up to the restaurant, looked at the menu, and left. Today, we wanted Italian, and stopped by. By far, this was the best food and service you could ask for. All 3 of us had a spectacular plate. I even asked for additions to my meal, and it was delivered. Please check into how you are listed in Trip Advisor. This is a keeper, and now listed as a favorite in our Garmin.

You have to be going to this hotel to find it as it isn't likely to be stumbled upon unless you're staying at the Ibis. It's located in a sort of industrial park area. The desk agent at our Marriott recommended it as one of her favorite Italian restaurants and the food was quite delicious. The wine was decent too. I had chicken with vegetables. Those at our table who ate pasta said it was first-rate (I'm allergic to wheat so I skipped it.) I'm glad we walked the 1.7 km from our hotel to this restaurant to celebrate a friend's mom's brithday. It was well worth the walk. The service was prompt and friendly but not intrusive. And they permitted us to take a rose from the table centerpiece for the birthday woman. Very nice.
