A Greek traditional village tavern, serving the finest fresh fish and the highest quality grilled products. We have live music every Sunday afternoon and offer a variety of menus, including vegetarian choices and a vegan menu. We serve breakfast and coffe
10 days in Greece, staying in Spata- near airport- we enjoyed this taverna in the beach side town of Artemida. Quick drive 15 minutes from Spata; park along the beach. They have a restaurant on either side of the road. Both are cute; better view on the beach, bathrooms across the road.Service friendly; food good and authentic; grilled chicken, fish, salad and some wine. Stroll outside along the coast or into town. Can't lose. You can't lose by going to Greece- what great people, food, and world class sites at reasonable prices!

This is a family run restaurant a few blocks in from the waterfront. We ate outside on the patio. Service was very friendly. We ordered bruschetta classico and some croquettes. Both were good but the croquettes were better. I ordered the Farfalle Gorgonzola while my husband had the Rucola (sp?) pizza. Both were excellent. The complimentary limoncello finished off a great meal. Recommended.

This restaurant was recommended to us by our taxi driver. Thank you!We were staying at the Dolce Attica and decided to walk to the restaurant. A good way to prepare for dinner. We had the taramasalata (my attempt at spelling). It was very good. House wine was good and inexpensive. Shrimp Saganaki very good with quality bread to mop up the sauce. Small grilled fish recommended by the server, also very good. The meal was finished off with a complimentary dessert. We enjoyed our meal and are happy to recommend this restaurant

just 10' from El.Venizelos Airport,in Artemidos beach, for mediteranian cuisine, exotic coctails,or just a coffee to enjoy the view of the sea,by the sounds of the waves and the relaxing music...
Learning how to swim, going for the first night-out with friends, night swimming after party, meeting-up with old friends, enjoying the sunrise and sunset on the beach. Good memories from a beach bar that is now called Albatross. Throughout the years, however, this same place had changed several names and entertainment concepts, a cafe restaurant at times, a disco-pub at other times. Today Albatross offers an alternative approach to leisure and entertainment that combines good food and drinks with sports and recreational activities. These are represented in the wind-surf training and practice centre available for all the citizens of Artemida and also those who come from many other places around the city and not only. At the heart of Albatross success is a modern management style and a bunch of young talented customer service representatives who work very hard and do their very best to best serve all the customers of Albatross.Highly recommended for sea lovers, athletes and not only!

We had our best pasta in Greece here during our 2 week stay in the country. Cooked to perfection, simply seasoned and tasting wonderful. Staff were attentive and very positive and indulged our queries about the area. I can also recommend the ice cream on offer in numerous fantastic flavours. If in the area definitely worth a visit.

"The View Club" is a particularly friendly venue which is situated in the most charming spot in Kallitechnoupoli, Rafina. It has a calm and quiet ambiance which, together with the tasteful decor and the good music, make "The View Club" the ideal place to
We stayed in Kallitechnoupoli again in the summer. Previously the most local food and bars were down in Rafina (definitely a car journey). This is vastly superior to its predecessor, really family friendly, the kids can run around the grassy area outside or the is a small park on the same site with slides and swings etc, there are also two tennis courts and a basketball court. You won't get a three course dinner because that not what it's about, they serve a variety of lighter bites including fabulous pizzas! We ended up going most mornings for the amazing breakfast basket and coffee and most nights until the kids were ready for bed. The very friendly and hospitable staff stay until the last customer has gone - wonderful! Fantastic views over Rafina towards the island of Evia. It has a really sophisticated feel to it and I can imagine it being really cosy inside in the winter. If you're anywhere nearby- go!

Oceania is at the opposite side of the Rafina bay than the port, so it takes a 10 min walk along the beach to get there. It is a good a proper restaurant though, so absolutely worth the extra stroll. It is a restaurant (not a taverna), so price level is a bit on the high side, but the food is excellent and you get huge portions. The food is Greek, and a mix of both seafood and meat. Is absolutely worth a try if you happen to be in Rafina! Only negative is that the menu is on Greek-English, so not easy to understand for a foreigner, but the waiter helps out with recommendations.

I was in transit at Sofitel Athens airport and asked about a local place for lunch. This typical Taverna comes and picks you up and drops you off which in itself is pretty impressive. The food and beachside location is so typically Greek and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience here. Of course I over ordered and couldnât finish everything as the portions are so generous, but wanted to try a few dishes and was not disappointed. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and looked after me well and everyone gets a pre meal ouzo and dessert on the house - not that I could eat dessert with my satisfied stomach (and for me, thatâs rare!) The biggest problem is choosing what to order from the vast menu which is a great problem to have. Highly recommended!
