Visited this evening. Busy when arrived but we were in no rush.Food and service very good with Merlot wine served at correct temperature. Very friendly and homely atmosphere.Try it out, you will not be disappointed.
Nestled in the bustling village of Storrington, West Sussex, independent chocolaterie, MooCoco, combines a sprinkling of Belgian-inspired luxury with hand-made, indulgent chocolate delights. Welcomed by the rich aromas of fresh chocolate and invigorating
Moococo is a chocolate shop where you can buy exquisite filled chocolates which are freshly made on the premises. You can see the tempering machines at work behind a glass screen. The shop is small but beautifully appointed with a seating area where you can have a delicious coffee, fresh tea or...different types of hot chocolate!Kim, the owner, is keen to talk chocolate so the experience is educational as well as a treat for the taste buds. Be warned - her chocolates are like nothing you will have tasted before and you might not go back to the expensive brands in the supermarket.Opening hours are a bit limited so check before making a journey. My favourite - Armagnac truffles...

Welcome and thank you for visiting the Motte & Bailey Cafe Trip Advisor page. Motte & Bailey Cafe is a traditional Cafe nestled in the heart of beautiful, historic Arundel. We open at 8.30am every day (except Sunday when we open at 9am) to make and serve
A lunchtime rush promised much yet delivered very little: a brief half an hour was spent in the cafe yet despondency amongst staff left customers feeling like an inconvenience. Requests for condiments were met with barely concealed irritation. The meals were adequate at best but there was disparity between the price of the food and what was delivered. Having ordered a dairy-free drink due to a lactose intolerance, a regular dairy drink was delivered. On querying the origins of the milk, staff bizarrely asked whether the lactose-intolerant customer would like to finish the drink. A further request for separate bills was met with clenched teeth and a barely concealed sigh. This constant neediness simply added a further dreary layer of tedium to the apparently already bored staffâs troublesome shift from hell. Apologies for inconveniencing you all.

Set in the heart of the picturesque village of West Chiltington, the Roundabout Hotel was built by Reginald Wells as part of his dream to create âthe perfect English villageâ. Offering 24 en-suite rooms, each with its own individual character and the best
Stayed for two nights, lovely accommodation, very refined, clean, everything youâd expect. Four poster bed in the superior room, very luxurious, suitably creaky with an excellent mattress. Fabulous bathroom, lovely room all round. As for the restaurant, just outstanding... Food was faultless for both nights, staff were excellent, genuinely superb in every respect. Thoroughly recommended based on the time weâve spent here, most certainly coming back.

This is a properly nice Italian, and not like your standard chain places having unusual food that's always tasty.Friendly staff and great service to.

Booked, having read the reviews, for the Goodwood Revival weekend. The food was delicious - very well cooked & presented - both my sister & I had the lobster. The restaurant obviously has regulars but we were made to feel very welcome, especially by Harry who was fun & had us laughing with his straight forward nature. Amazing price as well for the quality. We will definitely be back. Recommend booking, the restaurant is small and you are not rushed, which is nice in todayâs table turning industry.

The Parsons Table showcases locally sourced, seasonal food, classic cooking, and incredible flavours using the best in traditional techniques. At the heart of the restaurant is unforgettable cooking, approachable service and a warm welcoming atmosphere.
Congrats to Lee & Liz once more on another of our meals supplied at one if not my favourite restaurants. Service, Staff and quality superb. We go normally on a special occasion, this time it was our 25 Wedding anniversary and as always I cannot thank everyone enough at restaurant for making it special again. 10 out of 10.

We popped into The Rising Sun as my wife and I had been decorating all morning and needed a break and something to eat. I was also told recently that theyâd taken on a new chef, and this was a good excuse to try him out.We arrived at 2pm and were warmly greeted by Alina, who runs the pub.I chose the Riser burger and my wife the pork, both dishes were delicious. ( The chef passed with flying colours!!) I had a couple of pints and my wife a large, and I mean large, glass of wine. The bill came to £46.00 and was worth every penny. We felt very welcomed, the food came quickly and was lovely. It was the perfect remedy to a dull Sunday morning, and we will definitely return to our friendly, good value local!

Itâs not very often our visit to Sussex goes without a visit to Sylvan Oak and this occasion was no exception. Itâs like coming home when you walk through the door. Everyone is extremely welcoming and the service is fantastic. Our food was amazing - absolutely stunning presentation and flavours to die for. First class all the way. Thank you to Sinan and the incredible team he has around him for making our visit so special.
