These few words describe our experience there. There weâve had the best shrimp (gamberi lardellati â it was tender, moist and incredibly tasteful) and the best pasta (tagliolini with gorgonzola sauce on bed of chicory) ever so far. Our desserts (panna cotta and chocolate cake) were great. The presentation of the dishes was impeccable. The service was attentive and friendly. We also liked the restaurant ambiance. Clean, nice décor and attention to detail. A hidden jewel in Turin that we highly recommend and to which we look forward to going again.Vi ringraziamo tantissimo per la visita e per il tempo dedicato a scrivere i suoi pensieri sulla esperienza! Sapere che vi è piaciuto ci riempi di soddisfazione! Grazie ancora!Gabriella e Mimmo

This was one of the recommendations on a list we received from our B&B, and it is definitely to be recommended!!! We hadn't booked, but the owner squeezed us in. He guided our choices, and they were amazing. I would certainly want to return here if I was back in Turin. I'm sure this was a family run restaurant, the owner/ maître d was excellent, and went from Italian to English to French, and I wouldn't be surprised if he spoke other languages too - a true professional.

Just about everything was to like about this restaurant. Friendly service, a refreshing aperitivo, and some really unusual dishes. The Guviol egg was amazing (with the truffle shavings) and the blackfish ravioli was divine. Really happy to have found this place on Trip Advisor. I also found the prices more than reasonable, particular given the effort put into the dishes.

IL DOLCE STIL NOVO ALLA REGGIA Taste turns royal at the Palace Venaria Palace - an architectural, cultural, artistic masterpiece. A highly charming place which seizes and conquers with its beauty, stateliness and grandeur. On the last floor, just above Di
It had been five years since I last visited Dolce Stil Novo. Since then I learned that they have a Michelin star to reward their excellent cousine. I consider it a restaurant worth a special detour to visit as Chef Russo achievs true perfection and food poetry with local ingredients. The location is magical. The service is absolutely impeccable. Perfect, knowleadgeable and firndly, something that in Michelin level restaurant is sometime. Last time I went was a business dineer, this time I was with my dear better half and the location was even more appropiate. We were waiting our next train at the train station and we took a stroll in the cute little town. We found this little cute place and decided to venture in! They serve local yummi dishes, so we chose 3 and they were so yummi! along with the Vino della casa. Definitely pass by this place if you are in town !Lo staff della Nuova Golosa cordialmente ringrazia.

Important: season 2019 is over, we will reopen on May 2020. The restaurant has a wonderful lake view, which is only a few meters. We are less than an hour from Turin among the most beautiful mountains in the piedmont. During dinner the candlelight and the
This restaurant is located in an idyllic hotel of the same name outside of Turin, and near the French border. The restaurant makes its own pasta, which is an immediate plus, and as well as a-la-carte it also offers a number of themed menus. These are fine, and quite good value, but for us none of the combinations worked; there was always something we did not want, or something we did want but which was missing. Others may have better luck.We ate there two nights, and both nights our dishes were good without being superlative. The lasagne were very good, but the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms did not quite hit the mark. The restaurant leans heavily towards stews, featuring deer and other game. These were tasty, but certainly not refined. They are also bare (in the Italian manner) and you will need to order "contorni" (accompanying vegetables) to balance out the protein. We were always too full to try desserts, so some other reviewer will have to fill that gap.The restaurant has an extensive list of local and other wines at quite decent prices.Buona sera Sig. Simon W.Grazie mille per questa bella recensione.Tutto lo staff la ringrazia e la saluta.Arrivederci.
