Locale immerso nel verde a pochi metri dal casello autostradale di Grumello del Monte . Cucina mediterranea , prevalenza pesce , ottime crudita' di mare . Servizio affabile e generoso in un ambiente rilassante .
Al vigneto has been a nice suprise, located in the small village where i live i did not expect such a nice environment , in the heart of the vineyard, few tables everywhere sense of clean and quality. Professional staff, authentic dishes with reasonable price. Wine list ok, i recommend it for business dinner in the area of Valcalepio.

Who would have imagined of having such a great experience in a lunch break in Dalmine? The place is a bit "hidden", as all good things you have to find them!Staff very kind and professional, I tried casoncelli and rabbit with polenta. Excellent choice, very tasty and delicate flavour. I will definitely go back as soon as in the area. The quality / price ratio is absolutely convenient for the experience. 5 stars!

Been there with family and friends. Lovely mid-en-place and very friendly accommodation. The menu is quite traditional but you eat what it is written. My favorite was the polenta session with at least 4 different plates. Traditional home-made pasta and the superb black truffle.Superb sweets. An high cost-quality restaurant.

Monna Lisa grew out of a combination of numerous work and life experiences, in a family which has always worked in the restaurant business. The birth of a daughter... a passion for ancient and traditional art... Sicilian culture which integrates with the
I've eaten much better elsewhere with prices like these. In addition the staff have no idea about service, they take our coats in the beginning only to leave you searching for them when leaving. And also, one hateful thing, which is unfortunately very common in Italy, is that they take your plate whilst you're still chewing your food. What's the hurry?? And I don't like to be left without a plate when my friends are still eating, even if I've finished eating.

In the kitchen, the work starts from the raw material: carefully selected and treated with respect to value the best products in recipes that are researched, sophisticated but never contrived. The ingredients, their flavors, their textures and aromas are

We enjoyed the perfect dinner with very prepared personnel and a great atmosphere. We tasted the buffet first (veggies and fresh green), then we had local dishes: foiade (typical fresh pasta) and pappardelle with mushrooms, meat with polenta and local dessert (a cake with figues, choco chips and corn). We finished with Lemon-grapefruit-mango sorbet. Prices are good and wines are excellent with a very good choice. We really experienced love for the territory and love for guests. Every detail is studied and well set, mixing old and new, tradition and innovation.

This is a classy restaurant. Set in the heart of the beautiful high town of Bergamo, it is a place for romantic dinners or a relaxed meeting of close friends or business colleagues. So when eight, thirsty English golf tourists crash through the door, it rather took the waiter by surprise. Not that we were loud but we were thirsty and we do enjoy a glass of wine followed by another glass of wine as we are studying a menu, which incidentally is terrific here, because this is Lombardian food and cooking very much at its zenith. So, after a while up came the first, crisp bottle of dry Lombardian white which did not stay long in the glass. Sadly it had not occurred to our waiter to recognise that our group were here to have a good time so we needed our stocks replenishing rapidly and were quite happy to pour out our own wine rather than him serve us.However that is the only criticism other than my main course, a perfectly cooked and flavoursome piece of pork that had been slow cooked over 20 hours, could have been hotter.Otherwise the food was superb, with the glorious casoncelli, a stuffed pasta filled with a sage sauce, butter and pancetta, described by one of our party as one of the most delicious starters he had ever eaten. I had a small tartare of the local beef which was sublime, and only wished a larger portion of it had been available as a main.Plates of local beef and rabbit were eaten clean as we eased into some decent cabernet sauvignon, which was now coming through from the shelves at a most pleasing rate. What for me was the highlight was the local cheese board we all had with a selection of Lombardy cheeses all matched on a plate with appropriate sauces. Our waiter, helpfully explained what they all were plus the sauces, known as marmellate or jams in Italy, but I forget now other than that they were universally delicious.Fire in a complimentary grappa with our coffee and we were eight happy chaps. Our group had been a test for the establishment but it had come through with flying colours.

I had my wedding there this June.I also ate at the restaurant few times in the past.We had the most amazing wedding we could ever have. 150 guests from Italy, Spain and UK. Everyone has eaten so well. Very well presented plates, more food was offered after every plate, we have eaten so much and so well! The staff was amazing during the day but also during the previous year, while organising for the big day. Carolina, the wedding planner of Villa Canton, helped me so much! She sorted out flowers, napkins, decoration, ceremony in the garden, presentation of the location and much more.I could not have been able to organise a wedding from abroad. I live in UK and I only have seen Carolina three times in person before the wedding. Once we tried the menu and a couple of time we've seen each other to sort out few details. We organised everything by email, and absolutely everything was perfect!Romeo too, an other member of the staff, help us a lot before and during the wedding. He sorted out few things by what's app with my husband and he was great even holding and entertaining my three months old baby during few special moments the day of the wedding. We were able to organise arial silk and stilt walkers shows. We could have music outside in the garden during the aperitifs, as long the music was not loud, and in few rooms inside. We used the whole villa being able to move guests in several different ambients, we made the most of it being able to enjoy the beautiful garden and the amazing painted rooms. Our guests told us our wedding was better than a Hollywood's one, thanks to location, food and entertainment. We will never thanks Carolina and the rest of the staff enough for making our special day really so special. We can't recommend Villa Canton enough!! For us it's like home now..we have to go back every so often to keep the magic flow!

The concept of "Lombard tradition and creative genius" is the leitmotiv of Da Vittorio's menus, which are regularly updated and altered to keep up with changes in the market and in the seasons. The care, attention and exploration of culinary themes is kep
Perhaps our expectations were too high, but we left with a feeling of disappointment. The meal and service started at the expected high level but as the restaurant continued to fill, the service level dropped. Maybe we were unlucky and even the best restaurant can have a bad day but the truth is that having acquired 3 stars does oblige an establishment to maintain the level.

Porta Osio takes the name from a door in the old wall surrounding the city and conserve some walls embedded in the building. Forty seats to be cuddled in tranquillity. The restaurant has been standing out for the first -class choice of cold cuts and chees
Was invited by a business contact. But had to pay the bill. It was supposed to be a business lunch. The food was exquisite, the wine superb, the ambience beautiful, but the portions!!!!!! my god Lilliputian! 5 pieces of pasta as a starter and 2 mouthful as a main course. The apple strudel was a thin slice. The wine was superb as worth the price but as soon as I got home I had to eat as I was hungry. Thank you but not for me.
