Intimate and cozy location that combines within it tradition and innovation. The dishes once they change our style but not our taste. The ingredients used, follow the natural course of the seasons and this is undoubtedly the freshness and quality. Local p
Short stop in Prato after several days in Florence. I had the steak in honey and wine sauce. It was the best piece of food i had tasted during my 10 day trip in Italy. The potatoes was amazing and steak cooked to perfection. Generous portion sizes. Every meal during my trip has been compared this and none have come close to array of flavours.

This is a good choice if you happen to be in the area. Decent pizza and fish based dishes. Prices are in the average... Service a bit slow.

Finally a great gourmet burger place in Prato! Living In The area, we oftentimes go to Noah during the week when we don't want to cook at home. The burgers are excellent and unlike some other reviews, the size is perfect. We love the cut of the French fries which is different and really gives a vice crunch to the fries. We have also tried the pizza and antipasti, and while both are good, the best items on the menu are the gourmet burgers.

This restaurant was amazing. The service staff were very friendly even though I could not speak Italian and made me feel comfortable. The food was great with the freshest produce used, making all the difference. There was a mixture of traditional and modern cuisine which catered for everybody. I have eaten here many times when I visited Italy. If you had to try anything, the pizza was the best I've ever tasted. I will always come back here when I visit Italy in the future.

We had a light business lunch here. The place was pretty full on Friday (good sign!), but we managed to have a nice table outside. Service was friendly and very (very!) professional. ...And the main point: food was excellent! Fresh, delicious seafood in the typical Italian way: nothing fancy but everything is so-so tasty. Perfetto!
