My parents in law chose Prevost having visited many other of the best restaurants in Stamford, Oakham and Uppingham to review menus etc. The occasion was their 60th wedding anniversary. It certainly didnât disappoint. Service was impeccable and the food fantastic. I paid extra for a special cake which was wonderful and delivered to the table by Lee. Staff describing the food were friendly and professional. The art and design of the restaurant is great, as are the toilets! Altogether a lovely memorable evening for the 8 of us plus excellent value. A real jewel in the crown for Peterborough!

Friendly reception. Good selection. Onion soup was great. Pork tenderloin was tender and as per the menu came with pearl onions (3) and bacon Larson's (3) - which really added nothing to the dish.

Ate one evening from the a la carte menu - starters approx. £7, main courses £17 approx and desserts £7 approx. Welcome was fine shown to our table and given the menu, had to ask for a wine list and also what the soup was. Service was ok, food only ok considering the price paid, desserts were the best part. Maybe for the price paid linen napkins wouldn't go amiss not paper serviettes.

We ate here a party of seven without a booking. Server was great and the food was amazing, we all ate different dishes but all agreed the food was so tasty. We were given complimentary champagne once we had finished eating which was a very nice touch. Part of our party we're on holiday from Romania and they absolutely loved this restaurant.

You need to eat here to believe it!! I have never eaten better in my life!! This is amazing food. Had the calamari starter, the meatballs , the beef canneloni and the tiramisu...oh my god!! May this place have this quality forever because I'll be back!!!
