Restaurant "Partisan" is a great steak restaurant in the heart of Perm! Relaxed atmosphere, best service, original cuisine from Serbian chef Goran S., Quality beer and wine. A lot of music. In General Partizan is the place to meet friends, colleagues, lar
The restaurant is situated on the Kama river quay but probably not in its best part. Anyway the place is close to the center and easy to find. The decoration looks very stylish though it is a bit dark for me. There are no windows with a street view as the place is on the underground floor which is not my scene but there is nothing they can do about that and fortunately it is the only shortcoming of the place from my perspective. The eating area is very spacious and well conditioned. It is good for business negotiations (they have a separated room with a big round table if you need more privacy) and a family or friends' party. They have a menu in English which is very helpful when you are with partners from abroad. The food quality is beyond all praise. I always try to talk my German friends out of odering steaks here in Russia when I'm not sure about the meat quality but in Partisan they insisted and were very happy which was very unusual. Starters and fish for the main course were also very good. The service was excellent - not intrusive but "permanent". All the big company was served at the same time (or with a 2-minute interval) which is a very important indicator for me. Both service and food quality are very consistent - I get the same high level of service every time I visit them.

I like Ris Lapsha ( rice and noodles) a lot, but somehow quality went down, they used to have very good Thai soup called Tom kha, not is still the same soup but with lots of grease in it;(Sometimes they do forget to add shrimps in a shrimp dish, such is funny , but upsettingand it is getting more and more crowded.... It used to be one of hidden gems in Perm city, now it is absolutely regular. Will be waiting until it is back on track

This is the place to eat in Perm. Excellent food and service. Very pricy, but, what did you expect in this back-water? Just getting quality food product here is a logistics nightmare. I appreciate the effort that is made to put an imaginitive menu together and to make it happen consistently. By all means, try this place out!! Great for a business meeting/meal.

This restaurant can be hard to find since the address has been changed recently. Practically noone speaks English and can help, but when you do find it, it's worth the trouble. The meals are very nice and the staff is very friendly. However, like in all other places in Perm, English is not spoken. Prices are very reasonable and food is delicious.

Very well decorated. Excellent food. The ravioli were quite good but also the Chicken Kiev. Service can be slow because it is very popular.

The restaurant is located in the historical building with a nice little garden. In the menu there is a plenty of original dishes, such as vegetable soup with mushrooms, meat and fish barbecue, grilled seafood, lamb beefsteak and others. In summer clients are served outdoors in the garden. The place is famous for its special atmosphere. The service is good. The restaurant Montenegro is in the downtown. There one can feel the atmosphere of past times.

Borsch very tasty, and the best thing (and surprise) was herring salad. Sweet cherry dumplings tasty and delicate as well.

This is an excellent restaurant. I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for two and a half weeks. Breakfast every morning and perhaps ten or twelve dinners. Try the Patagonian toothfish on blackened risotto. And the posikunchiki. Amazing. Also a very accommodating staff, most with strong English skills.Mr. Richard T, thank you very much for such a kind words about our restaurant! Feedback from our hotel guests is very important for us. We are very glad that you appreciated our breakfast and meals. Hope to see you again in our hotel and restaurant Karin!
