This restaurant is a pleasant surprise in the middle of the Garrotxa, we have been able to reserve a table on the same Sunday calling at 1:30 p.m. by 3:30 p.m., and it may be the most surprising it was to reach and see the capacity they have to serve nearby of 300 people. In spite of that, we have had an almost intimate experience, a home-made and almost amorous meal apart from tasty. It shows the experience of many years in the restoration and know how to offer quality of the products of the earth through traditional and non-expired presentations. We have had a menu of 22.90 + extras that has been unlikely in a Sunday restaurant in Catalonia.

This is firmly a cafe and a pretty average one at that. Distinctly average food, ambience etc - would not seek this place out.

Arriving at 8:30 pm we were graciously given a ten minute tour of the whole place, in French, our native language,I'm! sure they speak English equally well. The architecture is quite striking, wth the most beautiful banquet facilities ever! The food is quite locavore, with this meal featuring a lot of local buckwheat. (saraceno) It costs 95 euros and the wine pairingg another 50 or so. Wines generously poured and well chosen. Very kind and attentive service.Very good meal for vegetarians. Only one meat dish.

It was Sunday lunchtime. We wandered around town searching for a bite but everywhere looked grim. Finally, we stumbled upon this restaurant. What a treat! Despite our dishevelled appearance the waiter took us through a very large dining room to a beautiful corner table. It was cool, the linen was fresh, the glasses polished and the cutlery gleamed. The menu is exciting. Lots of options and very well priced. We opted for the tasting menu which did not disappoint. Dish after dish of original and interesting flavour pairings. We couldn't believe our good luck....this restaurant turned a boring Sunday into a memorable highlight of the week. Plus, the staff were very happy to speak English as our Spanish could not cope with the intricacies of the menu.

Great place to have a lunch menu at a good price. We were on the road and decided to stop at the town for lunch and the place was great! We could park in the parking under the market and enjoyed a great meal, I tried a dish that made me very curious: pasta filled with salmon with pineapple! Great choice!

Nice restaurant with high quality food, extremely good location among nature (children can play in the woods) and good price. Traditional Catalan and Spanish food mixed with modern food. Tasty food. The restaurant is a clean place with a nice decoration... You can eat at the terrace or inside... Large gardens around the restaurant. It's also a bar to go to have a drink and have the children there playing all afternoon and parents talking relaxed

Wij kwamen hier voor de lunch. Het was erg rustig en er is geen terras, maar het eten was lekker. De pizza's hebben een lekker dunne, krokante bodem en er is een heel voordelig driegangen lunchmenu voor â¬11,95.
