Mister Ribs was the perfect choice for our business dinner, easily accommodating our group of 13 (we called ahead and made a reservation which was a wise choice since the place was packed). They start you out with tasty tortilla chips and their house dipping sauce--a sweet and sour sauce that's a tad spicy/hot--as you are looking over the menu. The Monday night special is all-you-can-eat ribs which are very reasonably priced at 14.50 Euro (the Monday night special price). You start with a full rack of ribs and choose between "sweet" or "hot" for the sauce. When requesting more ribs you get a half rack each time and can change your choice of sauce or keep it the same. They also serve a tender chicken fillet (Kipfilet) topped with mushrooms, peppers, and pineapple (champignon, paprika, ananas). In addition, they serve hot, delicious Belgian fries to go with meal. Service was great, even with our large group. They were quick to bring things we requested (like ketchup and salt to go with the fries.) The only thing I can think of that could be improved is having wet wipes or additional napkins to wipe your fingers on after eating ribs (which they probably would have brought had we asked.)

Nice and cozy restaurant that serves great value for money food. Typical Flemish specialties with delicious homemade fries. Really recommended!

We were pleasantly surprised to find such a lovely place existed in Neerpelt to have a quick bite or a nice cup of tea. The menu is traditional (omelets, croque Monsieur, salads, soups) but there are also some twists, such as the risotto with chicken and the endives soup. I especially liked the choices of teas (Egyptian flower was nice)' which is a VERY welcomed change from Lipton or Pickwick! The decor of the restaurant is modern, almost like a glass house in the middle of a green zone. It was very relaxing to have have so much greenery in sight.Service was fast and friendly, we will definitely come back.

We noticed this restaurant frequently on social deal and even though those are sometimes disappointing we gave it a try and left the place happy and satisfied!De Secretaris has a warm chique ambience and the guests seem to dress accordingly. Or arrival we were presented with a good glass of cava as part of the deal. The food was tasteful, well presented and quality ingredients were used. All in all a great deal and worth repeating!

The dinner started with delicious 'amuses'. The lobster soup is excellent was nearly sufficient as a full meal considering the juicy pieces of lobster in it; a real treat. The white asparagus with either ham or salmon were great too. Friendly service, great value for money in a posh environment.

For the first time visited the relatively new Italian restaurant l'anima in Neerpelt. In an old villa with magnificent gardens we were treated a delicious 4-course menu. Hospitality of all personnel was great. Some of my guests preferred a different antipasta which was no problem at all. The explained all dishes as well as well as the origins of the wine in a clear and nice way. At the end of the evening the owner, with Italian Calabrese roots, came to visit every table and did some small talk. The total picture of food, hospitality, building, garden and the perfect pricing made it a joy for all of us. For certain we will come back to this restaurant

Four of us recently visited this wonderful little restaurant in Neerpelt. It has character, warmth, atmosphere and a classy presentation without being in any way pretentious. It is a two person partnership with Patricia looking after the service and all front of house requirements. She is lovely and friendly and very efficient and attentive. Chef, Carlo Didden has a magical touch with his dishes. We asked for the Chef's choice of menu and waited to be surprised. We were absolutely delighted beyond our expectations. This man has a creative ability with food that I have seldom experienced....he turned out numerous and varied courses which completely explored the different areas of the palate. The quality of the wines served as accompaniment to these dishes was also first rate. I don't know how many top quality chefs there are in Belgium but I'm certain that Carlo is amongst the best of them. For this quality of food, wine and service together with a lovely comfortable ambience we expected to have to pay a lot but were pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the prices are. If you appreciate quality food and wine presented and served with class without breaking the bank, then you will have to go a long way to beat Bella Via. We will certainly be visiting again.
