It was a beautiful- peaceful relaxing ambiance. Staff was outstanding. If you are craving for burger, coffee, pasta, cake , milkshake and local food, eightynine cafe is the terrific place for you. It was indeed a very hectic schedule for me (3D/2N) but the dining crew at Café Plazuela made all my appointments simply wonderful!! Thank you Sir Bong for the reservation at a quiet corner. Our meals were perfectly done - delightful food presentation. First class service during the course of my meetings. See you again soonest!

I'm Portuguese living in Asia for a few years, I travel to Naga, Phillipines in business, talking with the Toc-Toc driver, I ask me where I'm from, when he understands I'm Portuguese he say he knows a Portuguese cuisine "Taska" in town!... He take me there and amazing I find a small but comfortable and clean place with warm "crew".... Well I go for the Bitoque, a Portuguese comun name for bife with egg, French fries and salad... Well I got delighted... Like my mom stake...Even have "azeitonas" Portuguese name for olives...Thank you for so pleasant and tasty meal!
