Whenever I am in GM I visit Pinocchio's the service is ALWAYS great and the food amazing. Staff always friendly and the restaurant is always clean.Already looking forward to next timeJedesmal wenn ich in GM bin besuche ich Pinocchio's, die bedienung ist immer super und das Essen einfach spitze. Mitarbeiter sind stets freundlich und das restaurant ist immer schoen sauber.Freu mich schon auf naechstes mal

This place is a traditional bauhaus in German style. Don't expect anything fancy please. Good is mass produced and not refined, is however really good. The beer is home brewed and really good. We also stayed at the hotel which is clean and reasonably priced. Gummersbach on the other hand is a pace where there is absolutely no atmosphere. I stayed at the place to do some hiking but besides the really nice nature there is really noting to do.

What a hidden gem! Came here with 3 colleagues Sat night. We had just arrived in town for business next week. No reservation but we were warmly welcomed and treated like honored guests. Family built and run restaurant with amazing food. The embodiment of hospitality. We are coming back for sure before we leave town Tuesday!!

we went to this restaurant by sheer chance whilst on a short break in Gummersbach. Right from the word go when entering the restaurant we we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff. We only ordered pizzas and house wine ( which tasted better then some bottled wines I have ordered in the past) but weren't treated any less than if we had ordered a 3 course steak dinner. The pizzas were excellent and we were even given a free grappa at the end of the meal. Would I eat here again? Absolutely! Just try and stop me! Well done guys!

We've been customer with the MEisen family since they openedlong years ago.The food is always tasty, freshly prepared. Very good venue for parties, celebrations, christmas parties etc.Also very nice for some nice hours with your partner in an cosyenvironment.

A must for those who love getting away from the hustle and bustle of daily routine. Excellent food, especially the regional "Bergischer Spezialitaeten"also the home made cakes. This restaurant also has a small hotel run by friendly Mike and his mother. Idyllically situated amongst greenery and a soothing brook. When weather permits eating outside is great to spend time leasurely eating, and listening to the rumbling brook and the birds chirping.I have frequented this place since 30 years and it is always a pleasure coming back to acquaintances .p.s very nicely decorated rooms with views onto the brook.

Das Restaurant befindet sich in der FuÃgängerzone, in der Nähe eines Parkplatzes. In dem sich im AuÃenbereich befindlichen Biergarten kann man bei schönem Wetter sehr gut verweilen. Der Innenbereich des Gasthauses ist gemütlich gestaltet. Mediterrane sowie deutsche Küche findet man hier. Von dienstags bis freitags werden vier verschiedene Gerichte mit Nachtisch zu einem günstigen Preis angeboten. Diese sind zubereitet wie bei Muttern! AuÃer a la Carte bietet die Küche auch spezielle Aktionen sowie saisonale Gerichte an. Bemerkenswert ist die gute Biersortenauswahl frisch aus dem Fass und auch Aktionsbiere sind hier nicht fremd!Es würde mich freuen, wenn Ihnen mein kleiner Erfahrungsbeitrag hilfreich sein konnte.

Wir waren mit der Familie dort essen.Negativ: keine Parkplätze direkt am Haus...Als wir ankamen, war das Haus gut besucht. Es ist ein türkischer Imbiss mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Tisch war sauber und wurde nach jedem Besuch abgewischt, was leider nicht überall passiert. Das Personal freundlich und schnell. Das Essen war schnell am Tisch, hat gut geschmeckt und war seinen Preis wert. Besonders lecker war der Nachtisch mit Weizenfäden, Pistazien, Honig, Mozarella und Eis. Das Ambiente ist einfach aber einem Grillimbiss angemessen.Da es in unserer Nachbarschaft liegt, kommen wir sicher nochmal wieder.
