After flying to Dakar from the US and traveling to Saly on New Years Eve, we drove in circles with our driver following the Google Mapped address and directions from the map on the AMOMA site only to realize after talking with friends who live in the area that the location AMOMA shared on their website is false. This hotel does not exist in Saly close to the Flamingo nor it is on the beach. It was false information. When we called they told us that the hotel was in a nearby city, which is not where we wanted to stay. We were left with 5 of us, 2 children, and 14 suitcases with no hotel and an irritated drive on New Years Eve. Most awful experience. Never book with AMOMA and make sure you understand where this hotel is exactly before you stay here.
Tasty, refined cuisine, with fresh and seasonal produce, all in a family atmosphere and attentive. We welcome you to the poolside tasting our homemade dishes. We advise you to book in order to serve you best. Looking forward to receiving you soon! Michel

i used to have my dinner there in the outdoor area, while the kids like to go inside and play around the disco stage.service were awesome and the food was really delicious.we loved their seafood Pizza and the grilled lobster.overall the restaurant is worthy.
Bon petit restaurant dans le centre de Saly. Nourriture variée avec un bon poisson bien cuisiné. Clientèle de touristes et de locaux. Mériterait d'être plus connu.

International and French cuisine, authentic pizza in a lush garden or indoor, original and exotic decoration, quality service.
Delightful decor both inside this recently-opened (mid-2014) restaurant and in the perfectly maintained floral garden/terrace out front. The French owners (with monsieur en cuisine and madame en salle) ensure that food is of a very high standard and that the service is efficient. A warm ambiance is evident between the staff and this also contributes to ensuring an enjoyable and relaxed dining experience here at L'O Ã la Bouche. Live music an dancing on some evenings, too.

We loved the restaurant. Everything we ordered was delicious (zebu steak, local goat cheese and a chocolate fondant) and served with a smile by the manager.Don't go there if you are in a rush, but if you have time, you'll have one of your best meals!

With a large group of colleagues we went at Keparanga.Dozens of grilled lobsters were grilled on a giant barbecue. Plus gambas, monkfish, beef filet, suckling pig skewers. And South African wines. We had a pleasant dinner by the "lagoon" swimming pool.

Please note: In fairness to the Safari Beach Restaurant, this report concerns only the BAR and not to the restaurant as a whole. With my family, we went to the Safari beach for an early evening Apéro at around 6:00pm. As all of the tables were set up for dinner, we opted to stay by the bar - using the bar stools and to order our drinks there. There were about 5-6 staff in or around the bar who were busy talking, joking and laughing amongst themselves loudly who took little notice of us when we arrived. I had to ask if it was ok to have a drink or cocktail before being offered the drinks list. After 5 minutes then I had to call over one of the bar staff to be able to make an order for the 3 of us. There were no other customers at the bar. I ordered 2 of the same cocktails and a G&T. The order took 10 minutes to be served and the staff's humorous banter and chit-chat with each other continued loudly between the staff all around us - as though there was no concern whatsoever for respecting the presence of paying customers at the bar. We decided not to have a second drink there in the light of the bad and impolite service and ambiance at the bar.We then went on to Le Petit Zinc, for our next drinks, where there was a super ambiance and where the service was fast, professional and polite and the drinks were half the price of the Safari Beach - due to it being Happy Hour.I know the Safari Beach Restaurant food is quite good from my past experience and the view of the beach and the seaside is lovely - however, I shall now personally avoid going to the Safari Beach because of this ill-disciplined, unruly and rude bar-staff experience we suffered there.Hello,My english is very bad... I would like to thank you for your constructive cooperation and i really present you all my excuses for the bad moment you had in our restaurant. It's true the direction is not at there at that time but we will be carefull on the future. I hope you will let us another chance... Best regards

I had an absolutely fantastic birthday dinner at this restaurant. We went because I read the reviews & La Guingutte did not disappoint! We live in Saly and I get very bored of all the restaurants serving the same dishes. Not so here, where they had creative an impeccably prepared entrees and plats. Everything was delicious and I can't wait to go back! Only one minor issue, the restaurant is hard to find as it's tucked away on a side street and even locals weren't sure where it was when we stopped to ask directions in the neighborhood.
