My partner and I visited this restaurant on the strength of the reviews and were not disappointed. Located in the north east of Mataran just off a main road with several restaurants the restaurant is very modern with a glass Rollpin - visited this restaurant on the strength of the reviews and not disappointed. Located in Mataran along a road with several restaurants Rollpin is a very modern restaurant offering seating inside a glass box or outside on a terrace. We received a very warm welcome from the staff on arrival and enjoyed the samosas and the Indonesian spring rolls with dipping sauce followed by the Nasi Goreng and the cheesy chicken. The only slight disappointment was that there was no beef (which I was looking forward to sampling based on the rave reviews) and the Nasi Goreng had the chicken substituted for small prawns served with shell on which were tricky to peel. A round trip by taxi from Mangsit took just over an hour and cost IDR Rp 180,000 (approx. £10) with the driver waiting at the restaurant whilst we had our meal. Live music was provided by an excellent acoustic guitarist and the waitress invited us to make requests and to come up and sing. The outside terrace is adjacent to a leafy area with the river beneath and the restaurant provides complimentary mosquito spray. We had extremely attentive service provided throughout our meal and were made to feel really welcome. On the Monday night we visited there was a lucky dip and we won a free dessert (âcrepe pinâ). It was similar to ice cream made from cane sugar with small mini banana pancakes and was absolutely delicious. Definitely worth a trip to the capital to visit Rollpin.

Just came back from dinner with two of my traveling mates. We were looking for some Western food (or comfort food) since we've been at Warungs all the time. The lasagna indeed is to die for, the burger was looking great and the fish was good. Overall a cool place, nice owner and definitely a place to give a visit.

The place was nice. The interior was interesting as well. Food was nice and fast service. The staff just need more smiles .If you visit mataram city, I recommend you to visit this place for coffee time and desert (they also provide meal as well). You will love it here. The atmosphere and the ambient was so nice. And the price is not expensive.

A perfect place to enjoy an entirely sensory dining experience with selection of Indonesia's finest cuisines as well as Asian and International delicacies.Situated right in the center of Mataram city, not far from the iconic Islamic center Mataram, Epicentrum Mall, Mataram mall and a few nice city hotels nearby, there is no reason to not checking this place out when you're around.This newly opened restaurant offers luxury fine dining style highlighting Indonesia's famous Soto Banjar and some other Indonesian popular menu as well as International foods.I always love having Soto or soup as a starter and there is no reason for me to not try the Soto Banjar which listed among the top recommended menu. For the main course, I had Pasta. Both are so mouth-wateringly delicious. The Soto is surpirisingly tasted way better than the one I had in my favourite restaurant in Bali. Meanwhile, the Pasta is also very nice, and is equally as delicious as those in Most of the other High End restaurant. Also available onsite is the popular My Koma Cheese Tea booth. So, for a drink, we had the Cheese tea. I fall in love with this place and beyond happy to recommend it to everyone.Special thanks to all the awesome team of The Elfbelly Eatery Mansion for the truly amazing hospitality.
